Online shows one price, and get quoted another on the phone, and when you're appointment is done you pay a complete different price, inconsistent, not entirely happy, accountant unprofessional, running late as he was taking his time making a coffee whilst looking straight at me without any acknowledgement to the fact that I'm waiting for him, and during the appointment his tone was full of sarcasm to the information I had to provide to complete the lodgment, unsure why? ! Have not dealt with the rest of the team, only with an elderly man, can't judge the firm generally and hope they are more professional.but won't come back. Thanks

We are a little late in writing this, but a couple of months ago we met with Tannous to complete our late 2018 tax return.
