Twin Plumbing

I forgot to write this at the time the job was done.we had an awkward problem with the bathtub not draining properly. Previous quotes ranged from 'don't know what the problem is' to 'we have to rip the bathtub out, including tiles and glass, and put new ones in for 10k+'.

Called Twin Plumbing after finding their fridge magnet in our letterbox. Came out, super professional, knowledgable.drilled through the wall behind the bathtub, fixed the bath tub drain 'remotely' without having to do anything inside the actual bathroom, all for a fraction of the cost (and probably time) the other plumbers indicated. Now we have a plumber we will use again, and recommend to anyone else who asks for one in the area.

These guys never fail to impress. Matt responded to my call pleasantly, arrived on time, thorough examination of my water leaks which, inexplicably, had self resolved! Refused any payment for the call-out in spite of my pleading. WOW!

Matt was very professional and he has great knowledge of the whole industry. Also he's very friendly and overall it's been a fantastic experience.

Contacted Twin Plumbing at relatively short notice to have bathroom vanities installed asap. Matt came out the next day and it was a job well done. Matt was upfront about cost, I was able to pay with card on-site and received email receipt instantaneously. Highly recommend Twin Plumbing.

Thursday -
Arranged for a plumber to come out Friday morning.

Friday -
Get sms to say they need to reschedule for tomorrow morning (Saturday) at about 9am due to a flooded sewer.
No problems at all I say as my job wasn't urgent.

Saturday -
They don't show up.
They don't contact me to explain why they didn't show up.
They are uncontactable via either their 1300 number or the mobile.

They don't contact me anytime after to explain why they didn't show up (4 days so far)

Very disappointed. Expected better.

I will certainly give you the opportunity to work with me again and make up for the issue.

Great service super reliable and did a perfect job in saving our sewer pipes! We got quoted excessive amounts by other plumbers that made the job sound complicated, however the Twins were reasonably priced, did a great job and certainly left our place very tidy! Would recommend!

Seriously good guys! Gave me a very reasonable quote and stuck to it despite a few unforeseen, time-consuming problems. Did a great job; turned up when they said they would and left everything tidy. A pleasure to deal with Ben and Matt

Twin Plumbing is/are amazing - I posted an email on their website Sunday night to attend some work for my elderly mum, both Ben and Matt emailed back within a couple of hours, Ben showed up the next day within the time he said, he was not only on time but was professional, skilled, tidy and friendly - all for a reasonable price!

Today I had Ben from Twin Plumbing come and install a vanity. His High quality attention to detail was impressive. His attitude was moral, decent, genuine and respectful. This was the first time I have used their service after receiving a advertising magnetic strip in the mail. Well I now have them in my phone and they will be the only plumbing service I will contact from now on.

Can not recommend these guys high enough. Had some major issues with our drains flooding. My husband was away at the time and I needed a Plumber quickly. The Boys were only too happy to assist. Explained to me the problem in language I understood and fixed the problem at an affordable price. True professionals.
