As the only customer in the place, I waited a while for my introductory interview.

Great! He had someone in mind!

Unfortunately, that someone didn't show up for my interview.
And my case worker has only given me the one name.

Unemployment must be zero % in this area.

No I do not have appointments with you. Centrelink have been made aware. Whom ever is in charge of me.get them to contact me ASAP to have this made into submission for now what has become a know issue to Centrelink, job services Australia and my service provider has been changed as of today due to my disabilities, which won't require presence as I am not suitable for presentation unless it involves me having insights, and investigation or even a possible hospitalisation if needed due to kidney issues

You despite my very unimpressed conversation find your being exploitive to earn a dollar and abusing me with further harrassment because I our have a job

Now unless your paid by the hour to listen, and treat me diagnose or assist with the respectfully outlayed a s above.

Do you job, get your it team online, contact Centrelink and follow up clients that are not your clients anymore or reasons why I refuse further communication with you unless you apologising for your ineffective assistance

Not a nice place. One staff member in particular was rude and wouldn't listen to you and your problems or believe and hear what you are trying to say. Promised the world and didn't care at all. Would turn up for appointments and they wouldn't even be there. That staff member gave no respect to a disability client. It was all the clients fault

DONT USE THIS MOB IF YOU HAVE ANY CHOICE!

Staff try to be friendly, but have no idea of their industry let alone other industries.

Zero follow up for any questions,
provided receipts for interviews and work trial never reimbursed.

Provided research and quotes for training as outlined by case managers, never followed up. When I waited 2 weeks between follow up emails manager said “too long between emails” when I did weekly reminder 3 times was told by the same manager it’s ‘harrassment’. I’m down $372 from their lack of reimbursement of ‘approved’ receipts.

I was forced to deal with Tursa after I moved for a job offer. Despite working full time hours (in a position that was not yet guaranteed) they were inflexible and disrespectful. They repeatedly accused me of wroughting the system when I was reporting appropriately (thus receiving $0) and were unwilling to make "mandatory" appointments (Centrelink said my attendance was not required) flexible or at least give reasonable notice of an appontment/cancellation (the day before is not reasonable). In the end, they told Centrelink I was noncompliant every week and that I had no contact with them despite explaining that my employment did not allow me to attend on short notice and I eventually had to give up on getting it overturned each time. These people are narrow-minded, hostile and totally unwilling to understand your individual needs. Be very wary of dealing with them; I believe they should not be allowed to govern anyone's right to financial assistance as they're simply too incompetent.
