My Employment Advisor, Kelly West, at Port Macquarie Tursa, was truly exceptional. Kelly was always compassionate and understanding of my personal circumstances during a challenging period for myself and consistently went above and beyond to provide me with excellent guidance and support. Her friendliness, approachability and genuine care was second to none. I am immensely grateful to Kelly for the invaluable support she provided me during my time at Tursa, which has had a positive impact on my life.

My time at Tursa has been nothing but positive. The entire staff was always professional and friendly. The training, guidance, support and advice I received from Rishae, Amy, Susie and Kelly helped me through a difficult time and has culminated in my dream job. These women changed my life, and I will always be grateful to Tursa for the amazing assistance they provided.

Rishae the business liaison officer was extremely helpful and managed to get my application form in at the last minute. I couldn't have done it without her and I recommend Tursa in general and Rishae in particular!

Have been a client of Port Macquarie office for a while and have always been impressed with the genial professional nature of staff from the Receptionist through to Client Services and Training staff.the treatment recieve do by myself and others is both encouraging and empathetic.
Whilst the aim is to help people into employment.there is an understanding of the difficulties involved.

Large open plan office (used to be a video store) with a water cooler, computers, newspapers and a kiddies play mat to keep the little ones occupied.
Staff are friendly, approachable and helpful.
Certainly my employment agency of choice.

Wouldn't even give a full star, nothing but rude staff who talk down to you. Would NOT recommended at all.

Very disappointed. I couldn’t call to let them know I was going to be late for personal reasons which I disclosed to them and they wouldn’t see me even though I still had 25 minutes left of my appointment.
Receptionist was also very impolite and unaccomodating and spoke to me like I was stupid.
Did not appreciate this experience, wish I didn’t have to go back.

I've had nothing but good experiences at Tursa. They pull out all the stops to help. Good people, all of them.
