Tursa Employment & Training

Reading previous reviews on here I am surprised Jodie from Tweed Heads still has a job! My experience with her has been appalling to say the least! She speaks to me like im trash, I am currently working 2 jobs and am studying and am autistic therefore still need some assistance from centrelink yet she still has to make me feel like I'm a hopeless no body who doesn't want to work, I recently returned to tursa and a comment she made was that she its people like me who always end up back there. Safe to say I will be changing job agencies as I have heard great things about Wise employment and wish for a positive experience with helping me find the right career for myself

This was one of the worst experiences I've had to date with any job agency. Jodies behaviour and attitude was appauling and often left me feeling anxious and depressed after any interaction with her.i found a direct lack in empathy for mental health and she often abused her powers in being able to cut Payments. Thankfully I just switched to wise employment and they have had quite a few people come from Jodie already. Megan was nice but I only interacted with her once when she was cleaning up jodies mess.

Spoke to a lady there I haven’t spoken to before and she had accused me of being non compliant and also said I had not been looking for work when the evidence was clearly in my job seeker account. She instantly had judged my situation and did not listen to what I had to say. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a job provider I think it’s absolutely wrong I’m instantly dismissed as a doll bludger after losing my job from COVID 19 I have taken further action and will not ever again be with Tursa

Contacted them via phone and Sandy was so helpful and understanding. She speaks from personal experience and is more than happy to share her knowledge with you. Very impressed.

Thankfully I rang up and complained about the lady who was going to be helping me after having a brief interaction with her. Turns out she's rude and arrogant to people. The only time you should ever look down on anyone Jodie is when your helping someone up. Very disappointing.

Very nice staffs and very helpful people there lots more opportunity for works connection and good for any one who is looking for jobs cheers

These people are as useless, I found myself a job and they tried taking credit so they can get paid from centrelink

I have doctors cert.unfit for work but they ignor it if youwant a job dont go to tursa.they are fraudsters Im diabled & they trying to foce me to work. & im about to be homeless.go figure.turnbul is an idiot

I have never been treated so badly in my life, I have basically been abused, rejected and made to feel like I’m 1cm tall, some of the staff are lovely but there’s one in particular who has a reputation to be quite rude and quite angry. Never in my life have I been made to feel so belittled because I got a job in a different area then what the caseworker wanted me to work in. It’s our employment and we should have the right to choose what career we want without being abused and basically thrown out the door for it. #GetNewStaffOrCloseDown.
