7I have been a client of Tursa Murwillumbah for about 5 months. My case officer was Jeremy West, until he moved to the Tweed office. I can recommend this young gentleman highly. He treated me with respect, was efficient and friendly without being patronizing. He clearly explained services available to me through Tursa, and was successful in about 3 months in connecting me to the perfect job for my situation and needs. Well done.
I do support work and my client changed over to Tursa approx 8 months ago. Leah at Murwillumbah Tursa has been fantastic and my client now has a job after trying for a fews years to secure work.

Great place to work. Treat their staff very well and therefore the staff are as friendly and helpful as can be to the clients.
By far the best job club I have ever been to. Friendly helpful staff who have been so caring and amazing to me since I have been with them!
None of these agencies find you a job unless you have been on the Dole for nearly a year. If you want a job you had better find one yourself. They are just a bloody waste of tax payers money and that's a fact. Ask most anyone that has been unemployed for a while and wants to work.
I would have given 1 star if it weren't for the lovely staff.
However, I did spend 6+ months attending appointments I didn't have to attend, looking for jobs when I didn't have to and stressing about working whilst homeschooling 4 kids.
I feel that Tursa should have known I was exempt from mutual obligations not only because I have a large family but also because I'm homeschooling.
