We had used this business for my wife's Visa & PR Application process and whilst I did all the paperwork and Ray Turner checked it, it went through. I guess I could have handled that one myself.

However, when it came time to try to get my step-son here and it was not going to be as easy as his Mothers application, we met up and put a plan in place. It went on, for quite some time, and then dragged on a bit more with diminishing communication and what seemed less interest from the lawyer handing it (yet the Bills kept coming through) and we eventually had to go to Tribunal and we were told "I never lose at Tribunal".

On this advice, we went to Tribunal. I was waiting for the Lawyer to say and do something and I felt we were doing all the fighting ourselves at the Tribunal. After the decision went against us we were told it can happen, but what happened to the "I don't lose at Tribunal". Frankly, I felt very let down and a lot poorer for the experience, no wonder they get their fees up front. I felt very alone and let down.

I had recommended a few people to them, but none since my last experience. I do stress this was a few years ago now, but the experience still remains firmly embedded in my memory of bad life experiences.

Such a worthless people and they absolutely have Zero knowledge about immigration. I contacted them regarding 482 TSS visa from Accounting. They took $345 upfront but didnt provide me any useful information rather they gave me misinformation. I got better knowledge through my own research. Stewart and Emma both are so pathetic liar that they even changed their own statement they gave earlier. On top of that they told me I can never get 482 TSS visa because my profile is low. I went with another migration agent and processed my visa and I got the Visa within a month. These people should be sued since they just rip off people. If you are so much money hunger then you should start begging rather than robbing people. I highly discourage people not to go to them. They should never get any client since its wastage of time, money and energy.
