Nick was amazing - I turned up on the Thursday with a small piece of my own glass that needed an alteration in size - urgently - and he came out of the workshop and shared with me that he was there on his own for a number of very valid reasons, but it didn't seem to phase him - he was still happy and laughing and took it all in his stride!
He said he would get it to me on the Friday morning and sure enough, I got a text to come in to pick it up. When I asked the young lady who was at her desk again what the charge was, she said "I don't know - I''ll find out".
Not only did Nick do what I wanted, beautifully, under a lot of pressure, but he didn't charge me anything at all!
When and where do you get Service like that - ever!
And I had been told by a friend that he didn't think I would get anyone to even cut my own glass.

Recently used Tuggerah Lakes Glass to replace old style glass window panes. Other panes presented unexpected challenges and so extra panes needed at the last moment. The teamwork was fantastic. All stepped up and worked non stop to deliver. A fabulous job that really makes a difference. The windows were even cleaned (and sparkling!) at the end. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely use again.
