Tudor Hotel Redfern reviews
70Great food and atmosphere. Family friendly pub. Would love to see the kids menu updated to include a basic pizza or nuggets as none of the kids in our group would eat anything from the menu. Always very friendly and helpful staff!
As a local visit the bottle shop for its convenience to my home. The blonde woman who serves is the antithis of hospitality.cold rude and arrogance. Bless the other staff who deal W the complaints as I don't feel I'm the only one of this opinion
The ambience of the pokie area is that of another venue.staff on the ball and pleasant.
Fantastic local friendly/family style pub.
Excellent food and convivial service.
The $30 rump steak is better than most places charging double! Bloody awesome food and a cozy atmosphere with young family’s and dogs! Don’t be intimidated by the outside, go inside and grab a yummy dinner and a nice cold bevvy:)
Had a short stay at the accomodation which was fantastic, gaming room has been recently renovated and it has been very well done.
What a classic pub! The food was delicious and the service was very good. I understand that the pub is now under new management - I highly recommend this pub!
Don’t know how they get away with the pricing of drinks, I paid over $47 for a pint of beer and two glasses of house rosé.
Not the prices you expect in a pub
Food was great, drinks were the same. The atmosphere is nice what ever the time and day you go there
I actually looked it up for a friend the food and atmosphere was good and the staff was very helpful
Sunday roast. Beef so tough and old that it was impossible to eat. They should open a roast museum.
Jacob the venue manager was incredibly friendly and accommodating of our party of 5.
His wonderful banter and consideration is what makes these neighbourhood pubs such an important part of Sydney’s culture and entertainment.
Looking forward to my next stout here.
Perfectly cooked, the chef knows what he is doing. Very unique menu and the food is fresh. I will visit again for sure.
Good meals for lunch with a cappuccino or a beer.
Specials include barramundi or bangers with mash.
First time to visit had dinner with little sister and brother in-law food was great, they had a trivia night it was good till he started with aboriginal jokes with only 2 aboriginal people in there, Will not be going back there for any food no matter how good.
Had an excellent stay at the Tudor Hotel enjoying my 9th beer. I wish I could have stayed longer but an hour was quite enough fun.
Favourite pub on the Redfern strip. Beers are reasonably priced, lots of Bunnies paraphernalia. Nice outdoor area as well.
We came here for trivia. They gave us a high chair. Trivia was so good, started 730, finished at 9. It was good and quick. The questions were achievable but still challenging and the host was great. The food was good. We got the cauliflower bao and unfortunately it was a really small piece of cauliflower but otherwise was tasty. We will come back here for trivia again. On a Wednesday. Close to the Station as well
Tonight I ordered a chicken schnitzel and chips and a chicken burger. The schnitzel was very over cooked and the meat was dry. The salad was soggy and the fries were also over cooked. The gravy was poor too. The chicken burger was also dry. $23 for a schnitzel and chips is overpriced for pub food that was really not good. I won't be coming back
I love this pub. Great Beer selection and top pub grub. Kids menu is great and thoughtfully includes ice cream cup and a drink.
