Tuckers Lane Boutique Accommodation

If you are on the fence about staying here, let this review be the reason you decide to book your next holiday here. It is an absolute 5 stars in my books, everything about the place is perfect and the owner Carolyn has been the most welcoming.

The location is spot on.

Large gumtrees, well landscaped gardens, birds chirping in the morning and kangaroos hopping around the property really sets a peaceful and relaxing vibe. There is also a small dam on the property with Kayaks available to use.

The converted shipping container cabin is exceptional.

Very well equipped and furnished with a super comfy bed. There is plenty of room inside yet it still feels nice and cosy with awesome views out each window. Also worth noting, it has great water pressure and a BBQ on the large outdoor deck.

The SPA!

The absolute best part of the whole place would have to be the private spa that you can use whenever you like. Just like the rest of the property it is clean and well maintained.

If you haven’t stayed here and you are still reading this, just go ahead and book. Or even if you have stayed here, stay again! Easily a place you can stay 3+ nights in.

My partner and I will definitely be coming back here again.

What an absolute delight, we stayed there on the weekend for a wedding and loved everything about it. Even the caterers that served us were very accommodating to my eating requirements. We left feeling stress free and fully recharged. Thank you guys!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Tuckers Lane is breathtaking! It was so peaceful, calming and a delight to wake up to such a beautiful landscape.
You have everything you could need in the cabins as well as some lovely little treats from the owners.
The spa was a selling point for us when booking and it didn’t disappoint.
We had such a lovely, relaxing time and we will definitely be back again!

This place is 5 star alllll the way! I have just come off a weekend stay with 4 other girls and seriously could not have picked a better place. On arrival Carolyn was so welcoming. It was our anniversary and we were looked after with wine and a platter on arrival. It felt like we were the only ones there surrounded by wildlife only.

This was our first time visiting Hunter Valley and we cannot recommend this place enough to our friends and family. Everything is extremely clean and organised. We managed to kayak around the property aswell. Thank you to our amazing host Carolyn for everything she organised even a booklet filled with restaurants and activities she recommends. We will be back here again!

This place is absolutely amazing. Carolyn and Paul have seriously outdone themselves. We stayed in their one bedroom unit for 3 nights, complete with covered jacuzzi, BBQ, and hammock (for 2) on the deck and everything you could need to relax and unwind. Short taxi ride to wine country, and a nearby courtesy bus to and from the local pub. The property is stunning with walking trails, dam and local wildlife.

The units are spaced out enough for your own privacy, peace and quiet. The unit is spacious and the tiny details and effort they've put in just makes this place exceptional. Carolyn is so warm and welcoming and her accommodation is well known by the locals we spoke to on our trip (our taxi driver, wine tasting host, and restaurant in wine country) all talking about how incredible this place is.

I've never stayed in the hunter valley, and didn't know what to expect when booking this getaway for my partner and I to escape Sydney, and we honestly never wanted to leave. The cabins are exceptionally well kept, and such good value for money. I can't recommend this place highly enough, and I'll be back.

Just had a wonderful 3 night stay here and can't recommend it highly enough. Cabins were beautiful, deck and spa amazing and gorgeous location. Easy drive to the wineries. After big lunches out, we didn't need to cook dinner but there were basic cooking utensils available. 2 burner stove, microwave and BBQ. Small fridge and some complimentary breakfast cereals, milk and spreads. Coffee machine available and toiletries in bathroom. Great to have plastic cups available to use in the spa. AC warmed the cabin up quickly but lots of throws to use as well, both inside and out.
Will definitely return

3 visits to Tuckers Lane Boutique Accommodation in less than 12 months. First a romantic weekend away which led to us having our wedding there and last weekend a milestone birthday. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this venue. The accommodation is gorgeous, the grounds are spectacular, the beds are super comfortable and every little detail has been attended to. Carolyn and Paul have created a truly unique and luxurious venue that my husband now calls my "happy place". Stress levels drop the second you drive through the gate. I really don't want to go anywhere else now for a weekend away and no doubt will be back very soon for a 4th visit.

Absolutely amazing stay. From the moment you arrive- total peace and bliss. Super comfy bed, with everything you need and more- spa, kitchen, breakfast, board games, tv etc. A huge thank you to Carolyn and Paul for making this experience so special for all their guests. Will be back again soon!

Our cabin was well adapted for someone with special needs and were given a very warm welcome by our hosts Paul and Carolyn. Set in the heart of the countryside with kangaroos, kookaburras and much more on the doorstep it is an ideal place to relax. Close to Cessnock it is well situated for visiting many of the Hunter Valley's attractions. We would recommend this accommodation for anyone seeking luxury in the countryside.

Highly recommend this beautiful little place to stay in the Hunter. We stayed here for the weekend and haven't stopped talking about it since we got back. We definitely will be going back to stay later this year when we are back in the area. The host Carolyn is great and I recommend getting one of the grazing platters that you can order on booking your stay.
