Purchased a Lynden Umbrella which is amazing however, just after a year the swing action would not work. Just out of warranty the supplier wanted us to purchase a replacement piece however Darren from Tucker bbq Mona Vale asked me to bring it in to see if he could fix it. One day later all fixed free of charge. Appreciate your customer service guys and thank you Darren.

Great Customer Service Experience from Start to Finish.
We purchased a Tucker GTR5 early on in our house build and finally we got the team to install it, in a custom outdoor kitchen unit.

The Tucker team were great from initial, what we think we need, colours, sizing, accessories etc.

Then Belinda, Russ and the design team got involved, We are remote from Sydney so some phone calls, measurements and detail points were nutted out and we now have a fully functional outdoor kitchen.

I would highly recommend the Tucker team, the install team were courteous, knowledgeable, and paid great attention to detail on the install, with levels, finishing, and final testing.
Great overall experience, i would highly recommend Tucker for both the product range, Service and install

Purchased an outdoor kitchen with bbq Fridge and rangehood. Installed by the team at Tucker BBQ’s and couldn’t be happier.
Looks great and service was impeccable.

Belinda took care of booking site measure and install and was available for any questions I had - she was the best.

I purchased a 5 burner Tucker BBQ in 2003. It is used at least 3 times per week & has run faultlessly but needed a little updating. Rather than buying a whole new bbq I decided to replace a couple of things such as the ignition system & a couple of the burners. I contacted Tucker BBQs at Silverwater. The staff were very helpful & Raymond & Belinda were excellent. I was given great advice on how to replace the ignition system which had changed slightly as well as the other upgrades such as stainless steel grill. Maybe I will now get another 20 years out of the bbq. A great product.

Had a great experience in the Mona Vale shop yesterday looking at furniture. Very helpful staff and customer service.

When I first arrived at Tuckers Silverwater, I was amazed at the size and variety of stock at these premises.

I was seeking help to do some maintenance of my 7 year old Tucker GTS in built BBQ.

The staff were very helpful, particularly Belinda, who with confidence guided me through the processes required with suitable spare parts in a very constructive and friendly manner.

In the event that I need further help or guidance about my BBQ in the future I will automatically return to Silverwater.

Great after sales service.
I had an issue with the Ooni Koda 16 pizza oven and after contacting Ooni I was directed back to place of purchase and have been very impressed with the fast and excellent communication from Belinda, who has done a great job in getting a result I am very happy with. Bravo Belinda!
10/10 would buy here again.

Purchased the inbuilt Tucker R Class v8 and couldn't be happier. We had a kitchen custom made and all the dimensions given on the web were spot on and it fitted perfectly. Quite easy to assemble and fit in place. I have cooked roasts, fish, steak, and pizza and so far, everything turns out perfect. Exceptionally good quality and most important, it looks good
