Highly recommended! Just completed the move from Sydney apartment to a house in Brisbane. Dimitry was professional and responsive in all correspondence. Punctual on arrival and transparent throughout. He was careful not to damage any furnitures, wrapping the fridge with blankets, took extra care of the wooden floor. If you are moving interstate or local, you should definitely consider these guys! Thank you so much for making the move so smooth and stress free!

I had to move from a 4 BR to another 4 BR so the standard house to house move.
I was pretty stressed after hearing some of the horror stories people shared on reviews.
I put a ad out and received many quotes (from memory 18).

Now how do you select a removalist?
I started with the size of the truck and charge per hour which allowed me to narrow down to a few and finally after a few conversations with Dimitry, we selected him and his team!

On the day of the move, he arrived promptly at the time he promised, calmly went through everything that needed to be moved with us (we had prioritized) and then systematically carried on with the job.

He was pleasant to deal with, calm and composed in his demeanour and made the job look easy.

We hired T&U for our move last week and were thoroughly impressed with their outstanding service. From the first call in which Dimitry walked us through the process to the actual move day, the team (Dimitry & his wonderful 2 guys) on the day were there on time just as they advised us. They professional, friendly, and took great care with my belongings, especially taking extra care of the fridge and the TV which I was very worried about. Dimitry was there making sure that everything is going as per plan. They went above and beyond, making the entire process stress-free and even enjoyable - a job that I thought would take well over 5 hours (2 bedroom apartment with many heavy boxes and furniture) was complete in only 2.5. I honestly could not believe how fast they were working! I highly recommend T&U for anyone in need of a reliable and efficient removalist company.guys do not hesitate - if you are moving this is company for you! Super fairly priced also and totally worth every penny.

The removalists did an excellent job. The men worked well together, so professional loading.knew exactly how to pack and fit an amazing amount of furniture in the truck. Very polite and patient with arranging furniture at the other end.

Dimitry And his team were absolutely fantastic
They arrived on time and set to work fast.
To see them work was truly something to behold! They got everything in and out of the truck completely unharmed and went above and beyond considering the stairs situation wasn’t that great. Utterly fantastic can’t recommend them enough

Least stressful move I have ever had. The boys were efficient, friendly and had a great attitude all the way through despite the lack of an elevator at one end and intermittent heavy rain all day. Rates are good and worth every cent for the level of service they provide, in my opinion. I will be calling them for my next move without hesitation.
