T&T Built in Wardrobes

Excellent customer service and 100% professional in every aspect. John came and measured very promptly, suggesting some design options and enhancements. Matt was able to plan the installation in a week, whereas competitors were quoting late January. He didn’t stop for a moment and completed a fantastic job in half a day. First class workmanship, good value, came exactly when they said they would. Could not be happier.

Had a wonderful experience with TNT wardrobes. They were very accommodating and flexible to what we wanted. The service was very prompt. Quote was quick and quite competitive. Installation was a breeze, with good quality materials from Polytec and the installers cleaned up everything after they finished. Overall a very good experience.

TandT wardrobes came and did the design on the day and time they said they would. They designed the dressing room wardrobes for us to our liking and the quality was good, sent us a prompt quote that we were happy with. (at the right price, couldn’t have done it any cheaper even with Bunnings or IKEA) When we booked the fit out they arrived on time and did the job. We were very happy with the look and the layout, exactly what we expected. The guy that did the Fitbit was a very pleasant and careful worker, since we had a massive Reno done and looked after the paint work etc. Would certainly recommend them to others.

T&T Wardrobes replaced our built-in wardrobes. The design was perfect - made excellent use of some awkward spaces. The quality was good & great value. Really appreciated the professional, responsive and friendly interactions with all members of the team. For example, we had to defer installation of one wardrobe several times due to a leak from an adjacent bathroom - T&T wardrobes were very flexible and accommodating. Would recommend for affordable quality and good service.

Very quick service. John came and did a quote for installation of built in wardrobe the same week as we rang. The wardrobe was installed the following week PLUS they took away our very old monstrous, dark, free standing wardrobe. The difference is amazing. PLUS the installer swept the floor afterwards (this detail is sadly lacking with many tradesmen lately).
Also great communication and customer service. We had one very small issue that was fixed almost immediately after we contacted the company (it related to our slightly uneven floor - nothing to do with the actual installation).
We highly recommend this company.

We used T & T to build custom built wardrobe in two of our bedroom and a display kitchen cabinet.
The project initiated in August and completed in November due to the strict covid lockdown in NSW during Aug, Sep and October.

The measurement of the wardrobes were done by John. John was fantastic with the measurement not only did John do the measurment he also gave us ideas on how to maximise the space for the wardrobes in a challenging space constraint area where the wardrobe was meant to be installed. John was available via SMS at any time of the day and responds immediately. Johns measurment were perfect and was evident during Installation.

From Design to Installation there was a two months gap due to the lockdown, however Shirley and Neelesh were in constant touch with us discussing various ideas regarding the Wardrobes. Neelesh recommeded us the colors that would go to our room fittings (curtains) and floorings. Neelesh also recommended we go to bunnings and get a sample and match it to the Kitchen, the kitchen wardrobe and the color is an instant hit and is a feature of our apartment, our friends and family are impressed by the work

The wardrobes were installled by Mac and his son. They were absolutely fantastic and exhibited great craftmanship in their trade. Marc installed the bedroom wardrobe on is own, it was quite challenging. After a full days work (the wardrobe had 3 wall to ceiling and three wall units to be installed) Marc and I went through final touches and found one of the panel was a bit protruding, Marc didnt think twice he removed a panel, planed it through and fixed it back, he listened to our requests. Amazing work by the team. Marc also cleans up after the work. They were very careful when moving the big units through our strata managed lift

Cost effective and on time. I had previously done a small pantry with T & T so asked T&T to do my two bedroom wardrobe

Super professional and so happy with the finished product. I was impressed from start to finish - guidance with design and detail, assistance when needed, personnel from design and install, through to the finished product. I’m happy to recommend.

Being in lockdown and not able to physically see the product in the showroom initially, it took us bit of time before we decided on the final product. During this process, T and T team were very helpful. Matt was fantastic from start to finish. He helped us design and install our wardrobes in our home. Happy with the end result. Thanks T and T!

I got internals installed into 3 built-in robes. Hanging, 5 draws and shelves. Despite the business being busy, they managed to fit me in quickly. The installer was great. Discussed various ways he could install around our existing shelves and we were happy to be involved with the decision making. We are very happy with the job he did.

We required a wardrobe with poly-eurathane doors and a study desk combined.the team at T&T Wardrobes did an exceptional job in crystallising our very specific design. Aaron, John at measure and quote, Neelesh and Shirley at the factory/office and Matt at install were fab to deal with, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in recommending T&T wardrobes.

We had great experience with T&T all through the process. John from T&T came a few times to do the measurement and design for our wardrobes. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to engage with.

Terrible experience!

The first wall unit design they provided was not compliant for fire safety regulations, so they were going to send someone out for re-measurement and provide a new quote.

However, the night before the appointment, I was given a one liner email saying that my appointment has been cancelled because I didn't pay the 20% deposit.

At no point was I told that for the re-measurement to happen, I needed to put down a 20% deposit (of thousands of dollars). This is also the first time using their service so I wouldn't have wanted to take on the risk. Plus, they needed to re-measure only because the original design they provided was not compliant to regulations.

Also, HELLO, a deposit for what? ! I haven't even received the final quote.

This whole thing has taken 2 MONTHS by the way, a lot of it was waiting for them to respond. I haven't even gotten the final quote. That's why when I read that the appointment was canceled I was upset, but the guy Neelesh on the phone told me to use someone else instead.

I've already cancelled all the other quotes to go with them. This is not only a waste of my time but I can only imagine the business cost this has incurred for T&T. So this is a LOSE LOSE situation.

I actually would've go ahead with them if Neelesh has better handled the situation as I already spent so.much.time. And John that did the measurement was nice.

But now I'm glad I didn't, if this is how they treat their customers now, how will they treat me after I pay the deposit? Maybe Neelesh is the owner and that's why he can tell me to go somewhere else, but that behavior would only come across worse if he is the owner.

I'm almost 40 and I've only ever left one bad review in my whole life, this will be the second.
