T's Textbooks

The worst experience every year! Huge opportunity for MORE competitors to please get in the market to stop this monopoly on supply of text books by this company. Incompetence with different divisions that don't interact with each other. No priority or empathy to Senior Year 11 and 12 students on prioritizing appointments for back-ordered books. Poor IT systems to manage customer data.

The service regarding my book list was outstanding. Each time I contacted the company they were faultlessly polite and helpful. One young lady went so far as to suggest a website that one of my children would enjoy given one of her subjects choices. I highly recommend this business for teachers and parents. Well done your staff are amazing.

For recent high school graduates: heed my warning! If you wish to sell your textbooks here to make a quick buck, this is NOT the place- at least if your aim is to make even a small return. The ' quality evaluator' (. Okay?) will drastically undervalue your textbooks- I went in with my Economics, English, and Physics textbooks which were essentially brand-new, for the 'evaluator' to estimate a price of $17.40 (for the whole set) ? !

The profit margins they make are insane, as they sell the same recycled book for a dollar off the retail price. Not to mention, the evaluator was quite rude when I asked for my books back. An absolute waste of my time and money travelling and booking an appointment.

My advice is to avoid selling here and to perhaps use Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace, or eBay.

I have this knowledge as I have been both a purchaser and ALMOST-seller at this store.

Wonderful staff, friendly service and very helpful in ordering over the phone. Sharon was professional, cheerful and patient to explain the different types of textbooks available with the new syllabus change coming to Maths 2U and 3U! I ordered both of the preliminary course Cambridge textbooks and they came in the mail the next business day! Thank you T's Textbooks for stocking the newest books for the syllabus. Very much appreciated - from a happy tuition centre customer!

The parking there is a nightmare, the queues are ridiculous, the staff are cold and unfriendly. The wait times ridiculous, a very dreary place.

Second year ordering school books for my sons here as opposed to the incumbent provider. I life their responsiveness and eagerness to assist. I hope schools can give parents options like that not just for books but also eg. Uniforms, so that the incumbent providers are alert and keeping up with improvements and not get complacent

Amazing service. Friendly staff and really attentive. Let me check out multiple books before I made my decision on a book to use to teach my students. Will be back for more.

I've worked at T's for some time now and the big difference with Simone and Tanya is that they care. And it's a small business so they're hands on and close enough to what's going on that they can strive to outdo themselves every time they come to work in terms of customer service. I'm still amazed at the rapport we have with our customers and it's a great team to be a part of. Help our small businesses!

Simone is rude and treats her staff no good. Unprofessional, impatient and discriminates. Do not recommend buying from here. Better to spend your money else where you get better service.

They were a great help. Sorted our books out quickly and found us appropriate text in secondhand versions and well.
