I have nothing to complain about this place because they are great, polite, respect, high manners and professional.
The place is always busy but still well management.

Great friendly person who did the scan but when i needed to pickup and could barely walk, they would not let me in car park just to quickly pick it up. How hard is it to let a customer in and get the scan. Wont be going back there.

The place was busy, and ok for few year ago. This year, i come back and make appointment for my pregnancy scan, firstly, they gave me appointment on Friday, then i requested my day off on that Friday, before my appointment 1 week i called them back to confirm my appointment, they told me no doctor on Friday, if i want Friday i have to book somewhere else. I was surprised because no one mentioned to me before and no one inform me it’s happening. Then the reception told me she would cancel my appointment. I have to book somewhere else. Then 1 week after, they call me to confirm appt, i said why did u cancel and then call for confirm, your guys make me so confuse. They’re even not giving any apologies for that. The way they talk to the patient is rude, i was so frustrated. Not recommend this place.

Unfortunately, I didn't manage to get the names of the radiographers that did my X-Rays but I truly wanted to say thank you to the attentive and professional staff members! I had taken medication prior to arriving but I was still in so much pain. They made the X-Ray examination efficient without compromising my comfort throughout the whole process. The facility is busy (as expected) but the service is great!

Love the place and felt so comfortable with doctor doing my second ultrasound and doctor was very informative.

Took my wife there for different exams (biopsy and pregnancy scans).
Job has always been done effectively.

REVIEW UPDATE
My email wasn't ignored, I got a reply and it was in my junk folder. My bad!

I happened to be in the area the day after calling and decided to make a walk in enquiry even though I had booked elsewhere at a time that wasn't suited. Although I was put off by the phone woman ask said in review below I needed an appointment urgently that worked in better with my schedule and after a number of calls after googling realised there wasn't much available.
My walk in visit showed me how lovely the staff really were. I was greeted, they smoked, they told me when the next soonest appointment was and offered yo call me if anyone cancelled that day.
They did what you expect of front desk, they were helpful and tried to accomodate me which then turned into a booking at a time that suited me better.
I was really impressed and the ladies didn't even know my situation was urgent.

On the day of booking, again I experienced lovely, friendly service.
When I mentioned my timing for results was urgent they offered to fast track the report which was very appreciated. Service visit: 10/10. Thank you. My initial one star rating is now 5 as there wasn't anything bad to say about my last two interactions with this business.

INITIAL REVIEW

My email day prior was ignored, asking for a booking.
I call and Receptiniost throws me on hold after answering, then when we can't find a suitable booking in my urgent short frame timing, I ask for an alternate nearby recommendation. The woman was absolutely not wanting to even go there and said I just have to look online. Now that's quite obvious, and yes that's what I can do but seriously, what's the harm in being nice and trying to help someone in an urgent situation! Seriously no skin off your back. Your bad attitude lady, just means I will always make this business my last resort for future bookings.
Really disappointing!
Front desk are the initial face of this business, put a bit of love into your work and be nice to the customers, it takes less effort than the opposite.
