My order that I received from them was damaged. Customer care lady gave me 20$ voucher instead of being sorry she said this happened because of the way I opened the box!

Best product in the business. Consistently slowest shipping in the business. Sort it out, it can't be that hard. Many other similar brands manage.

I've been a customer of True Protein since 2015 and haven't really bought gym supplement products anywhere else since then.

The vegan proteins are delicious and way better than others I have tasted on the market (much less chalky and really flavoursome), I've also used the ZMA, Creatine, BCAA, Glutamine and Green powder products, all are fantastic. The Green powder in particular mixes well and tastes great.

The flavoured BCAA powders are excellent. Plain BCAA just generally doesn't taste great in a shake but True Protein have remedied that with the flavoured BCAA powders.

All in all a satisfied customer and don't see me looking anywhere else for my protein and health food powders in the near future.

Delivery is amazing too, in a pandemic received my products within 4 business days with FREE standard shipping.

Great products. Protein is clean, mixes well, no rubbish and doesn't stink when you leave it in the shaker for more than 9 minutes. Caffeine free PRE is also excellent. Customer Service top notch as well, and I'm always blown away at their delivery times. Thanks again. #teamtoddshannon

I have only had a few shakes from the sample box however the flavours have all been very nice, particularly the Choc Peanut Butter! Delicious. I will definitely be buying more as I find them tasty and satisfying.

ZMA - excellent product
Highly soluble, mix one spoon full in a glass of water and it dissolves instantly. No need to stir. Works wonderfully to relax muscles especially when sore from workout and definitely improves sleep quality. Good price and delivered in 3 days within Sydney.

First time buyer of any greens blend. I purchased pineapple flavour. I mixed with other supplements. Mixes very well. Noticed the flavour first time I drank but it’s quite subtle and I like it! I drink throughout the morning. I will purchase again. Another great product from True.

Tried WPI sample, it tastes natural and excellent. You can easily judge quality by it's smell and taste. Bulk nutrients (other vendor) WPI tastes unnaturally sweet, probably because they don't use natural Stevia like True protein.

I was really pleasantly surprised at the value, the taste and the immediate gratification which came purchasing this product. Knowing it comes from our cousins in NZ is a benefit and a peace because of the quality your country is known for. Would highly recommend.

This company really knows how to make the customer happy. I placed an order on Friday night, and it arrived on Monday morning! Very satisfied with their efficiency. Also got some samples which is always a nice surprise. Yet to try the products, but I'm sure they will be as great as all the other reviews say. Couldn't fault.

Order was delayed by a week and when it finally arrived, the wrong flavour had been sent. This was eventually rectified a week later.

As for the protein itself - the flavours are tasty, but the protein shake ends up quite frothy when mixed with milk. The ziplock on the bag also opens too easily and doesn't form a good seal.

The taste of the choc, choc mint and unflavoured are good.
I am also very happy that the ingredients list is short and the product does not contain a bunch of fillers.
I am lactose sensitive and do not have any issues with the products I have tried to date.

The BEST! As a student buy protein is something I don't won't to worry about and with True Protein, I don't. Great flavours, fast delivery and and such a range of products. I use it a couple times a week and a 2.25kg bag last a long time, so I really don't have to worry about running out. Rich Chocolate is my favour!
