All good from front and back door windows great but bit very disappointed at rear window screen, looks at rear window screen terrible, my partner said look awful and not happy, will throw it in bin.it's are bit grog wire (bit too long) top of rear window screen, see photos top ok because it's too tight fit in. So if need replace? Regards Geoff Arnold

Made an order and full payment of $527.59 on the 5/10/23 and was informed the product would take 40 days for delivery.
I have emailed Jenny Wong at both snap shades & Trokot on 17/11/23 with no reply.
Now, on 21/11/23 I have called the Trokot service number to enquire about the delivery and have been informed that the product hasn't even left the factory.
I have been left with no other choice but to cancel my order and ask for a full refund.

These shades work great at keeping the heat out of your car. For the price and the wait time to come in they could fit a little bit better than they do. It took over 3 months to come in when I was promised 40 days max. But all in all I’m happy with them. Install was easy

Being custom made it took several weeks before it arrived but I have no problem with the product. It was very easy to install. My only concern is that it is very dark. I ordered it so my grandson would be more comfortable in the back seat. He is in a rear facing child seat. However I have removed it as I found it too difficult to see what was behind me when driving.such a pity.

What a great product. Quality materials and well made, very easy to install or remove. We wish we had done it a lot sooner.

These custom made shades are great! Probably not as flexible as their advert shows but I don't really see that as a problem, the product is high quality. I live above the 26th parallel and it's great to give the interior of the car some additional protection from the harshness of the sun.

Easy transaction. Kept on the updates regularly as there was a lead time for my purchase. I love these products

Excellent quality made product. Brilliant customer service. My windscreen shade was delivered quickly and fits beautifully. When I ordered my rear passenger door shades they had them custom made for my vehicle and again they are an excellent quality made product. Highly recommended.

Great design and a very easy DIY installation with good instructions provided. Took a while for my order to arrive due to it being out of stock (BMW X2), but the product quality makes up for the waiting period. Will certainly purchase another set for another car of ours!

The fit and finish on my little picanto is great. The only thing I wish I did was buy the 3 piece instead of the 5 piece because of the daily car park I use and take away I usually just keep the drivers side on my dash. Otherwise they all fit really nicely. Definitely worth it.

Excellent quality product. The car shades fit perfectly the windows. Installation was very easy. They are also easy to remove if the rear passengers want to. Thank you for the customer help and service also, very nice and always listening to our requests.

1 pair of this is Awesome Sun Shade. Buying 2 pairs is like a privacy screen. Why did I do this. Kids hate sunlight and give the passengers the freedom to choose between privacy or just Sun Shade.

When stop, engine is off and under the shade and wanna go to sleep, I can just leave the windows open (half or quarter open) where the Snap Shades are and it will be instant Insect Repellent.

Very satisfied with purchase helpful staff secured a hard to obtain rear shade for my 2012 Rav4.on suggestion from staff member.

Snug and secure fit, excellent shade provided. I have darkest league tint on the rear side and rear windows in conjunction with my Snap Shades. Almost impossible to see into the car through these windows but still easy to see out. Highly recommended.

Top quality window shade, gives great privacy as well as sun protection keeping the inside of the car cooler. More than happy with the trokot window shades.

Very nice window shades. However, the adhesive for the metal that will attach to the magnet of the shade is not satisfactory coz it will not stick properly to the frame of my Mercedes Benz. I hope you can make improvements regarding this.

I ordered a set of Trokot shades for my Toyota Hiace Campervan recently. Delivery was very prompt and the instruction video was helpful. They were easy for me to fit on my own, and they are a great asset for me when camping and parking in the sun as they provide shade and insect protection whilst the windows are open, and they improve privacy when windows are closed. Highly recommended!
