Zero Customer service.
Trying to get some attention from one of the sales person for 15-20min before someone finally come to me. Asked for test drive. Sales person ask me to go home and call the number to "Book" a test drive. Firstly I am already on site and its around lunch time its not closing time. Why cant I test drive now? Secondly I asked the sales person to book me test drive for tomorrow. He Advised that I need to call the number or sms him to book a test drive.
I don't understand why he cant book me for a test drive next day or two? I am already in the dealership? What is the difference? Why do I have to call a number to book a test drive when I am already talking to Subaru representative? Been to many different dealership never seen this before.
Everyone was standing around busy chatting with each other for 20 mins. I just don't understand if this is Subaru policy that they do not accept test drive for walk in customers? Or its just this dealership?

My Dad recently purchased a Subaru outback from Bin at Trivett Subaru Parramatta and I’ve heard nothing but great things about Bin and the rest of the team there. Unfortunately my Dad had an accident in his new car and whilst the car is a write off, Dad managed to walk away from the accident. The Subaru Outback’s safety design and it’s features are why we still have our Dad with us and his team of Doctor’s confirmed that had he of been driving another car he wouldn’t have been so lucky. We are incredibly impressed with how safe the Subaru Outback kept our Dad in this accident, ALL airbags deployed seamlessly and Dad was not trapped. The reason for writing this is to express the importance of having a safe car to drive in and I highly recommend and couldn’t recommend the Subaru vehicles enough to anyone who is considering purchasing one. Safety is the best investment you can make when purchasing a vehicle and it’s worth every cent. Whether you’re single, a couple or a family please please please make a Subaru car your next purchase. The team at Subaru have just been incredible, people have experiences with sales people where the only care factor is making the sale, not these guys. The team here guide you through every step of the sales process but more importantly they follow up AFTER delivery of the car which is just unheard of these days. Bin was trying to contact Dad to see how his car was going and grew concerned when he couldn’t contact him and when he heard Dad was okay he was genuinely relieved and so happy to see he was okay. He swiftly organised a replacement vehicle for Dad and reserved one for him (all over the phone) and went above and beyond and helped Dad with a loan car until insurance could organise one for him. We are all so touched with just how much Bin and the team there care about their clients and that is what makes for an incredible sales person. I am now going to upgrade my car to a Subaru (current Mazda owner) due to one the safety and two because nothing would give me greater pleasure then giving Bin my business. Thank you so so very much to Bin and the team at Trivett Subaru, you have all gone above and beyond. Dad has been a customer there for quite some time and will continue to be for a very long time. What a great experience buying my dream car from Tony Pereira! He made the whole experience fun and enjoyable, from the moment he greeted us to the day we picked up the car. My mother and I came to check out the vehicles Subaru had and Bin Cai was there to greet us. I was still getting a feel for cars at this stage after weeks of on-and-off searching, Bin was very good at explaining the features and perks of the different vehicles and I could understand him well. I had a good experience overall.

So we came back to choose the vehicle, Naj was there to allow us to have a test drive, and Bin was there to take us through the process, as well as Michael and then another man, who processed the payment, which I didn't catch his name, but he was good to talk to as well.

My wife & I first visited Trivett on Saturday 28th Jan 2023 to see if a Subaru would suit our requirements. We were greeted by Naj as we entered the Parramatta showroom.
We were first shown a Forester and then we were captivated by the Outback.
Colour came up as a problem but I liked the Autumn green.
I returned with a friend on Monday. Naj was very helpful and we agreed on the asking price. Although there were no discounts we believe we have purchased a beautiful car.
Nag did a great job training me on all the features when I picked up the car on Feb 2nd.
