William was an outstanding salesman - unobtrusive, well informed and easy to deal with. He came back with a compelling price, both for the trade in and for the purchase price of a new 440i, without the usual endless discussion. BMW Parramatta had an impressive range, all in good colours and with good deal on demonstrator cars.

Really disappointed. They don’t even have any means to tow a car 3km away from their workshop. We bought two cars from them and one drove one 30km to them due to a recall. On the way it broke down 3km before reaching them - related to that recall. No help was offered and we were left with the expenses for a tow truck we had to organise ourselves. Not recommended, will
Never buy there a car again!

29/10/2022 - I went into BMW Parramatta with the intention of window shopping and was greeted by Norman Zhang. He was very professional and engaged in conversation asking all the right questions. The Sales Manager, Joseph Maalouf was exceptional, and very professional with his knowledge and understanding of our needs and wants for a new car.
He took us through all options available and answered every question we had. We ended up purchasing our new little black beauty the BMW M135i M-sport.
From the time we met with Joseph to the day we picked up our new car, it was nothing but outstanding service - we were definitely treated like royalty and look forward to our next visit at Paramatta to learn more about our new sensational Black Beauty.

BMW Parramatta’s show room is huge, very nice environment; Coffe is yummy; Huy-Sale consultant, was very patient to answer all my questions until helped me find a car suitable for me. I had a very pleasant expensive with BMW Parramatta.

I am very lucky to purchase a BMW X7 from Parramatta BMW. We need a family car and ordered from other BMW stores however they can not deliver the car due to price gone up. I have no choice but to talk to BMW Parramatta instead. Leslie and his manager Patrick are very nice and willing to help. We made our decision to purchase with them on the same day and the deliver date was only for 2 weeks as promised. I am highly recommend Leslie and Patrick to other customers who are thinking to buy BMW in Sydney. Chloe helped us with the first delivery and she is also very helpful.

Called BMW Paramatta for a quote as my vehicle have a faulty VANOS solenoid which need replacing. The individual that picked up the phone told me that he will have to create a profile for me in order to provide me with a quote. I understood that and patiently provided all he asked for. He went ahead wasting my time and setting up a profile in order to provide me with a quote, collected all my information over the phone, recorded it and informed me that he CAN NOT provide me with a quote and I will have to book an appointment and take my car for check up which I will be charged for. This type of semi retarded service is what leaves you with that bitter taste in your mouth. Purely pathetic. This was my very first experience with BMW Paramatta, and for damn sure the very last one!

Excellent 5 star service from the team at Paramatta BMW. I recently went to this dealership to check out a VW Eos they had in their pre-owned car section. I was greeted by Anton on the phone and then Gavin and himself at the dealership. Both Anton and Gavin were true gentleman who did not pressure me at all, but rather guided me into making the right decision which was to purchase the lovely, extremely reasonably priced VW convertible. I could not recommend this dealership highly enough if you're looking for a used car of any make and model, or even a brand new BMW - Paramatta BMW is definitely the place to go and this car will not be the last I buy from this outstanding dealership.

Terrific experience with one of the easiest people to deal with, Joseph Maalouf. Engaged with the family, excellent end to end customer service, with regular communication throughout.
Josephs experience, guidance and support ensured we continued our business with him between dealerships. The extra little moments like following the car carrier from country to country until making it to our port, was a novelty for the family.
