Very happy with the service I received from Randa at Bravoauto Penrith.the whole experience was stress and hassle free. I was very sceptical at first buying from a car dealer, but Randa was nothing like that she was actually caring and understanding. I am extremely happy with my purchase and if I ever need to buy another car, I will defiantly going back to see Randa at Bravo Penrith.

We live in regional NSW with the nearest car dealers an hour away. We made enquires on a 4x4 they had on offer but their prices were on the high side and the customer service was lacklustre.
Bravo Auto in Penrith had a better model with far fewer kilometres on the clock, very competitive pricing and offered a better trade in on our vehicle.
Tanushaa was wonderful in handling our phone calls, answering questions leading up to our purchase, processed a holding deposit on a vehicle we were keen on and greeted us warmly when we arrived a few days later.
Rob Findlayson was an excellent salesman when it came to our enquires and final purchase.
Polite, professional and easy to deal with - he carefully explained the vehicle’s features and took us through the purchase process and paperwork with ease.
We weren’t felt rushed or pressured in any way.
It was a six hour journey to the car yard from our home but it was well worth the effort!

I recently bought a vehicle from Bravo. I have to say they were very attentive to all of my concerns. I negotiated and eventually bought from interstate. I am in Victoria and the level of communication could not ne faulted. Big shout out to Randa who stayed on top of the deal.

Not having to haggle for a good car price was great. You knew what the price was before you got there and it was a matter of whether you liked the car or not. Liam was sensational. Went through every detail of the contract, was very thorough and communicated throughout the process. Once we paid the final amount he arranged for the car to be picked up in a Saturday and everything was ready to go. This is how buying a car should be.

Waste of time car yard!
Went to have a look at a car advertised and it wasnt there. Saw something else i liked and it was locked, cant even look at it on a week day! Is this place open for business or not?
Back online and the car I want to look at is still advertised as availble, enter a test drive now request and. Still waiting days later! Nothing!
I think theyre using car advertiments as "click bait" beware!
