Triumph Tattoo Piercing reviews
7 HORRIBLE. Do not recommend. Worst customer service here. Tattoos fading after a week and looks nothing like the design I asked for.
Since I can’t reply to your comment I’ll add in here;
For one you lied about who was doing our tattoo and on the day said they were not there and gave us someone else.
You are asking us to pay MORE MONEY to touch up YOUR SHOPS MISTAKE!
The ink didn’t even stay after healing, we asked for a simple touch up to fix the dodgy job and you handled it very poorly.
Good place with good equipment, solid tattooist too, Angela is a killer artist! Hit her up!
SJ is a very professional Tatoo Artist. The place is very clean and hygienic, prices are reasonable!
Me and my friend came in. My friend followed all instructions as given. 2nd day the ink has gone through her top and smudged. I gave the tattoo artist Roman numerals and he told me don’t worry I’ll put the exact date for you I’ll double check I saw him double checking. He tattoed me with the wrong date of birth. This is ridiculous when I went to complain they tell me that’s your problem. Stay away from
These people as they don’t talk English and hard to communicate. And
The writing was not even straight. Won’t ever use these guys.
Terrible experience, the shop should NEVER be open in such conditions!
I went in on Friday, Feb 10 and a lady was in front of the entrance of the shop smoking (first red flag). Turns out, the lady smoking at the front was the person who is responsible of the shop and the actual owner of the shop didn't come back until the 13th. Lady didn't speak English and wasn't familiar with the piercing / tattoo industry.
With help from Google Translate, she was able to take me where they have the ear lobe piercing jewelry. I proceed to choose 1 of the pieces and she just grabs it, puts it on a plastic zip lock back and hands it over to me. No prior sanitizing, no recommendations on how to sanitize, NOTHING. I could've easily just taken that piece, put in my ear and nothing guarantees that I couldn't got an infection.
To end up with the horrible experience, a 20 cent surcharge was applied because I paid by card.
It's completely irresponsible to put someone that is not familiar with the tattoo/piercing industry in charge, way worse if she can't communicate in English. Better to close the shop until a competent person arrives than risking bad experiences like this one.
They were extremely welcoming and helpful when I walked in with my friends. I was given a quote once I decided on what I wanted and I absolutely love the tattoo! It's so adorable:)
