Poor quality and even worse customer service. No warranty was covered even if their furniture has defects they just ignored what you say

Really impressed with the variety and also high quality of furniture at Trit house. The showroom is also really well designed so you don’t feel overwhelmed trying to look at everything! The staff are very help and attentive too and helped me source a side table for my lounge which I love!

I was looking for outdoor dining table / chairs. I went to Trit website but wasn’t sure about buying furniture online. So I went to the store in Redfern and was really impressed with the product looks and quality. I must say that they are one of best online furniture shop in Australia. The store manager, Wendy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I bought the outdoor dining set and am a happy man. Truly recommended guys!

Bought the Travertine Coffee table and I’m obsessed! The quality is superb and so is the weight (90kgs!). Would definitely purchase from Trit House again. The customer service is fabulous as well (Thank you, Zac!). Can’t go wrong with Trit House.

Good little showroom for the mostly online business. Attendant is super helpful and has a great sense of style so provide invaluable design advice. Just note with the current COVID situation, bookings are essential. But you pretty much get a personal design consultant for that whole time you are there

Went to the Redfern store on Tuesday the 12th of October and found a lovely hallway console. I told the lady I would bring my husband on Sunday to have a look and leave a deposit. She said fine, see you then. I arrived on Sunday the 17th of October and the sales assistant (Zach) came up to the door and unlocked it and said we couldn't enter because it was by appointment only. We said this was the first we're hearing of it and told him we mentioned it to the girl on Tuesday that we would be coming on Sunday and she didn't tell us to make an appointment. He said it's on the website which we have searched and its nowhere to be seen on the website. Instead of accommodating even if that was truly the case and fitting us in, he just closed the door, locked it and walked away which was so rude! We drove all the way from Cronulla to be shown the front door which is so disappointing and honestly felt like we had been discriminated against. After such a lockdown you would think they would treat their customers better than that, they obviously don't need the sales. It's probably worked out for the best though because reading other reviews there looks to be a very long lead time on their stock.

Highly recommend Trit House - Redfern, Exceptional products beautifully displayed. Customer service is fantastic, especially our dealings with Zac his super helpful, very experienced and appreciated how well he kept us updated on purchases and sourced products Australia wide. We will certainly be back in store!

Purchased a table online that had to be delivered to Sydney warehouse. Was in regular communication with them and due to lockdown, opted to pick up later on. Unfortunately, it was only until I asked to pick up that I was told there was a stock discrepancy and there were no more items available. Although offered a refund and store credit for their mistake this was very disappointing, especially as it took 4 months to figure this out

I purchased an Ethnicraft Bok Dining table and chairs from Trit House, just before Sydney went into lockdown, without even seeing the items in person (besides glances through the showroom windows). I was pleasantly surprised when the items arrived and would like to commend the quality of the products.

However, I would really like to express my appreciation to the Trit House team, especially, Zac and Sharni, for their professionalism and friendliness. I cannot fault their responsiveness either. There were a couple of small paint chips in two of the chairs, that would have been incurred during the delivery process, but they did an amazing job replacing these. 5 stars. I hope to be a return customer for more of the beautiful items they have.
