When I ask an agent who name is Yan Liu to schedule an appointment for inspection, he did not answer my acquire and ask me how long can I rent and how much do I want to pay. I told him that I need to inspect the property before making decision. Then, he just hang up my calling. I emailed to the company about this issue. Although they replied my email and told me they would take it for serious, I still haven't received any apologizes from that agent. It seems like they don't really care about the compliant; the statement they announced to take this issue for serious was nothing at all to them.

I recently had an experience with the rental property leasing team, and I'd like to share my feedback to help improve their services. I encountered a few challenges that left me less than satisfied.

1. One noticeable issue was that the team didn't always put themselves in the client's shoes. They often started offering other properties without professionally introducing the current open home property. It's essential to give potential tenants a comprehensive tour and information about the property at hand before diverting their attention elsewhere.

2. Additionally, the team didn't provide the property owner with the option to choose a premium ad for their listing until the property had been on the market for six weeks. Offering this choice earlier could have potentially attracted more prospective tenants and expedited the leasing process.

3. Communication was another area of concern. The team didn't proactively keep the owner updated throughout the leasing progress. Instead, the owner had to initiate follow-ups regularly. Improved communication would have instilled more confidence in the leasing process.

4. A particularly frustrating incident involved the team's approach to my furnished rental property. The property manager recommended renting it without furniture, suggesting a cleaning company to remove the furnishings. This led to unexpected charges of $2,000. Moreover, the cleaners took it upon themselves to inquire with neighbors if they wanted the furniture, leaving the door open for neighbors to take the items. This entire situation could have been handled much more professionally and transparently.

In summary, there are lots of areas that require attention. Strengthening communication, considering the client's perspective, and being transparent about costs are essential steps to ensure a more satisfactory experience for all parties involved.

Our tenancy ended as the owner was selling the apartment. The agent would show up at our apartment outside of agreed viewing times, unannounced to show people through and threatened us with eviction and tribunals when we told him there was no inspection at this time. Also, when we moved out, the agent said they will withhold our bond because of a single speck of dust in a drawer and a ‘water mark’ in the laundry sink. I removed the offending speck of dust and was told that they will need to get professional cleaners in to clean the now removed speck of dust and the water mark and that this was going to cost $280. The apartment was infinitely cleaner when we vacated than when we moved in. There was blood and other marks on the walls when we moved in which we had to clean. It certainly wasn’t professionally cleaned for us. There was so much grime on the stove that the hot plates were stuck to the stove and the dishwasher and washing machine were faulty and it took them months to fix these things. It was only when I said to the agent that the only reason they want to deduct money from our bond is to pocket it rather than get cleaners in did she give up on her ridiculous arguments that the place needed a professional clean. We were warned about this agency being dodgy and everything we were warned about proved to be true. They will try to scam you and rip you off at every turn. Avoid like the plague.

The Lady Cyndelle was very rude and behaviour was very offensive.
Always false comments on all the deals, takes money and blocks people.
Bunch of Thugs, 0 star rating if allowed.

Lucas from Triple S helped me manage the property for more than four years, and it was a very good experience. Lucas is very professional and helpful from every perspective. Highly recommend Lucas to be your property manager if you have investment properties around Wentworth Point, Rhodes, Olympic Park and surrounding suburbs.
