Huge range of boards to select from, knowledgeable staff and Howie sponsors a heap of grappling events giving back to the community so it’s not hard to justify making a purchase here. I picked up an 8ft ezi rider for summer, looking forward to getting some use out of it.

Best surf shop around. Howie looked after me with some new gear. I then took my partner and son in and he hooked us all up with great quality, comfy fitting and affordable wetsuits. The shop is huge and they carry loads of good brands. Thanks Howie

My first review will have to go to Triple Bull for their 10/10 service. Full of friendly staff, range of boards, equipment and gear to select from with competitive pricing. I was served by Sebastian whom really knows his stuff and went above and beyond. Certainly my go-to surf shop.

Triple Bull deserve a medal for first class customer service! They are providing COVID safe contactless pick up of goods purchased over the phone and are so helpful providing advice. The friendly staff went above and beyond helping me with my softboard purchase, pulling stock from the window and also threw in wax, fins and a leg rope. Champions! I will be back for all of my future surfing purchases. Thank you so much.

A shop I will never again purchase anything from. They sold me a SUP package that was not suitable for me.
It as 8’10” ECS model. They never discussed any other models, even though the ECS website has substantial information including a graph showing the model for persons weight and ability. In my case this was the 10ft model. I test paddled the SUP and found it not suitable. I took it back in 100% new state and asked for replacement to the correct SUP shown on the ECS website. The manager was at home and the salesman got him on the phone to be told no exchange even though the package prices were the same. I asked to talk to him on the phone but refused to talk to me.
When manager was back in the shop I took the SUP back to show it was 100% as sold after only 15 minutes River paddle. He checked it and said NO exchange. I was amazed at the lack of customer service and the manner I was spoken to.
I needed the larger model as it was the correct product for me. I said I will give $50 extra to get this resolved and he said $100. I was so sick of the horrible treatment and said I will give $70. He agreed and we exchanged.
I now see my returned board is in the new product shop window. Just highlights the terrible customer service in the running of this business.

I've bought 3 surfboards, 2 wetsuits, leg ropes, deck pads, wax, thongs, shorts - and other surf related STUFF. They are awesome! Ask for Sebastian, he will hook you up - and do it with a super stoked, share the passion attitude which this store is known for. I absolutely love going into this store, even if its just to check out the new boards. They have all the top-shelf, exotic stuff and are all too happy to explain what you need - or don't need! They love shooting the breeze about surfing or whatever, which makes this place more of a clubhouse than a surf shop. If you're searching for a place to shop for surf gear in the shire, you've found it!

Triple Bull are brilliant. I am a Dad who doesn't know a lot about surfing with a young fella that is obsessed. The team at Triple Bull kitted us out with his first fibreglass board and all the gear at a reasonable price. Everything they said was spot on. They talked us down from a more expensive board and onto one that he can ride now and will last him for years. We just spent the morning in the water for his first wave on a 'real board' and he was smiling so hard his cheeks were hurting. He was so happy! He literally said "Dad, I am so happy right now". Trust these guys. Great experience, and helped create one of the best moments I have ever had as a parent. Five Stars and then some.

The guys at Triple Bull are super knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right board for all your needs and really respectful. They hooked me up with a brand new board and threw in a tail pad and wax on the house. Thanks Howie and Kipp for all your help! Will definitely be back!

Great shop with very helpful staff. They provide you with helpful insights as to what surfboard best fits you. Bought a board here which I needed to transport back to my home country. They wrapped it up nicely with bubble wrap before chucking it inside the bag. Good discount as well if you're buying a set.

I went there to buy some wax for my new board. The guy in the shop asked me if I had a new board. I answered: yeah today. He started smiling and said cool. I believe he was more happy for me with my new board than I was with my new one.) Good dude, good shop.well recommended.

The tall guy that works there is very helpful. Even gave me a discount on a newly released quicksilver wetsuit. I visited on another time and needed wax before a surf. I went to pay and he said it is on the house. I was shocked and made my day. Great surf shop.
