I would highly recommend NOT engaging Alan Kennedy from Tricend engineering the service I received was extremely unprofessional and down right rude, please shop around there are much better engineers in the Byron Shire

I also would not ask to have your documents sent to you as a hard copy and this is way too difficult for Alan Kennedy, he's way to important to head to a post office and send customers the documents they paid for worst customer service I have ever received.

DONT USE TRICEND you will be very disappointed
