Outstanding customer service from honest and reliable Luke whom arranged a prestige car at short notice on a Friday night at 8pm. Went above and beyond in also driving 20mins to Five Dock from Strathfield South to collect the repaired car. Fantastic respectable company who partners with Genuine certified smash repairers from Audi, Porsche and others.

Highly recommended! We were referred to Tribeca car rentals for a loan car after ours met with an accident.
We got the hire car within an hour after approaching. Matt and Luke called me up prior to handing the car for all documents so that we don’t spend time later. Their service is top notch!

First time using Tribeca Car Rentals at 21/6/2022 at the moment of my accident.
It was a super fast service. I had a replacement car within 1 hour of the accident happening, and it was delivered to my home.
Matt of Tribeca was very responsive and professional. He really took the load off my shoulders about sourcing a car, when it was the last thing I needed to worry about, while handling the accident details.

What is more, when I returned the car, I asked Matt to have mercy on the driver at fault who hit my car because she wasn't insured, so he immediately reduced her invoice by half, lowering it to cost price. What a heartfelt thing to do. This has restored my faith in humanity!

I will definitely use Tribeca again and again, and will tell everyone about them.
