Ed and the team at Tribe41 Harrington Park has made getting back into the gym so fun and welcoming. Awesome variety in the workouts! Fantastic coaches that are super motivating and are focussed on teaching the right techniques.
The facilities are great and the recovery ice bath is definitely something everyone should try! Cannot recommend enough!
