I first met the AMAZING HAIRDRESSER Louise when I came into her salon having had a hair disaster done to me by a highly regarded hairdressing salon on the north shore! My hair was terrible and I was very upset! Instead of being a lovely shade of blonde it was orange! Well thank goodness for Louise and her expertise! She restored my hair to its original lovely blonde colour! A very difficult feat. Her years of experience certainly showed… I have been coming back to her ever since. I won’t go anywhere else because she always does such an incredible job with my hair! Louise is also a joy to chat with always positive, upbeat and totally professional.

I've previously had my balayage done in the UK but the colour was too brassy/orange and was desperate to have it fixed. Tabasom was amazing, by analysing my hair she noticed there were 3 different colours and recommended the best gloss which would even it all out to one colour oveeall. She was very efficient in adding the overall gloss, wash and styling it. I really love the colour and everyone has been commenting on how lovely it looks. Will definitely be back!

I have been coming to this salon for years and it never fails to impress me. Today I came into the salon for a balayage and cut with Tabasom, and this was my best experience yet. Not only did Tabasom go through a thorough chat with me about my goals and hopes for my hair, but she also checked in on me the whole journey and valued my input and made sure I was happy with the process. I have never been so satisfied with my hair, both the length and the colour are everything I hoped for. Tabasom is an amazing hairdresser, so kind and caring, and I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Really upsetting colouring service. I booked both a dye appointment and a styling appointment two weeks ago and I had multiple calls from the reception to notify that my stylist was changing. This happened three time to be exact. When I got my hair dyed I specifically asked not for this tone of blonde and asked for a more warmer tone. To my surprise when the hair stylist was done it turned out to be the colour I did not ask for. I even showed the stylist a picture of the colour I wanted and also told them that I would be getting a fringe cut so the highlights needed to be balanced. When I got my hair cut this second stylist told me that I could not get my fringe cut because they had not dyed my hair correctly. There were patches of lighter blonde at the back of my hair was all messed up. So I called back and told reception the issue and they told me I could get it re-dyed so I did. The stylist I had this time was understanding and re coloured bits of my hair to colour I originally asked for and she also cut and highlighted my fringe. Despite the colouring experience my fringe did turn out how I wanted it. However, the re-dye was good for a week until I recently washed my hair and the gloss or toner which was used has washed out and I am now left with the original tone of blonde and patchy highlights I did not ask for. I am really upset considering the money and effort it takes to dye hair.

My wife have being going to Tribe for the past year now and her hair always looks fantastic after seeing young lady Sera for a hair colour!

Highly recommend this hair salon, which I have been coming to for years.

Whenever I come in they provide a lovely ritual which consists of essential oils and a head massage, which instantly relaxes you. Additionally, they provide you with teas/drinks and seek whether you would like to order from the cafe opposite which they facilitate on your behalf. Fantastic if you’re like me and always rushing to appointments and forgetting to eat!

My stylist, ManiDeep is beyond talented and truly an amazing human to interact with. Very conscious of his customers around the salon and as well of myself (the client), truly a genuine and kind person. The salon is lucky to have Mani, he stole me from another salon so can’t imagine how many others have changed salons after having Mani touch their hair. I honestly feel a million dollars every time I leave this salon, and have always received compliments about my hair by friends and family. I’ve never felt rushed to leave or pushed to buy anything. The service is always exceptional with genuine and lovely staff all round.

Found Tribe many years ago and have never looked back. From the Aveda ritual and tea to start, then the fabulous hair and colour fix I get from the sweet and wonderful Manny G, who gets exactly what I’m after each time, it feels like such a treat every visit and one that I much look forward to!

I cannot recommend this hairstylist any more. I have been a regular customer for year's now. Louise is amazing and brings year's of her experience to her service and is willing to listen and understand your needs, wants and challenges with your hair to cater a style that is best for you.

They are all lovely and the reason why I am a regular customer. Also a scented head massage before cut and a herbal tea. How could you go wrong?
