We had a very positive experience with Trend Connection. The building procedure was smooth and well-communicated, and there were minimal cost increases, even though our land was very narrow.

There was a bit of issue about the installation of the timber floor by our preferred contractor, but customer service lady Cindy and construction supervisor Luke patiently and proactively helped us resolve the issue and fixed it without any additional charge.

A big thank you to Supervisor Luke, who is exceptionally knowledgeable and responsible. He consistently answered our questions quickly and thoroughly.

We had ordered a third-party surveyor to inspect the house, and he confirmed that this was the highest-quality house he had inspected in the past few years.

We had an open inspection one day after receiving the keys, and the house was rented out on the first open inspection, despite there being more than 20 other houses on the market in the same area. Even the tenants could recognize that this is a high-quality property in the market. For our own new house next year, we will definitely go with Trend Connection.

Job No. 1052. We recently completed our colour selection meeting with Rhonda Dawson which includes the external, internal and electrical, all in one place. We are impressed with the selection of quality materials that they have, with the real finish sample in large scale which makes it easier for clients to choose. Karen Parker always updates us with the progress and Rhonda put us at ease with her professional advice during our colour selection process. We are glad that we chose Trend Connection as our builder. Most importantly they do not push for upgrades like some other builders. We can't wait to see our house to be build soon.

Workers are very professional. My appointment was thorough & to the point which I loved as I don’t like time wasters. They went through each colour selection in detail, wrote everything down emailed me so I could think and decide once at home. Highly recommend the company, they have a good selection and very knowledgeable.

I just had my visit to their colour studio and discussed all my colour and material selections. I was fully prepared for a whole day visit and it turns out we finish by 1: 30pm which quite exceeding my exception.

I was so surprised that they got the most beautiful collections from standard to luxury. You will definitely get what you want for your first home or investment house.

Vivian helps me a lot through the colour selection for every bit of my new house. Lovely lady to spend the day with and discuss all my crazy ideas about colour combinations. She supported my bold ideas on the black greyish roller blinds to matching the highlight colour of my house. It was really a fun tour.

Yesterday we went to Trend Connection project: home in Gregory Hills to chooseing the colour for our new home. Thanks to Ms Rhonda Dawson‘s suggestions & friendly help ，she was always there to answer all our questions. It’s our first new home so my wife and I were somewhat new to this experience but dealing with Ms Dawson consultant made everything so easy and straightforward. Well recommended!
