Amazing day for the kids. My 3yr old was able to complete at least two of the kids courses.

The staff were lovely and helpful. Special shoutout to Meghan, who helped my son overcome his fear by gently encouraging him to push through it. He ended up completing all levels, which wouldn’t have happened without her help. Thank you so much!

We loved absolutely all of it. The staff were helpful in every way and the experience was both challenging and lots of fun.

Kids loved it so much, and everything is so well thought out safety wise. Staff are really helpful, although they must answer the same questions about every 5 minutes. We ended up revisiting a few days later. Again, similar experience. If you are afraid of heights, probably not the greatest (I really tried to keep getting further along, but in the end had to be rescued. Again, staff were super patient and kind to a terrified, sobbing mid 50s woman). Apart from my own fears, really, a great experience in a beautiful location.

A fun challenge for young and old. You wouldn’t want to be scared of heights. The zip lines are huge! We had way more fun than I expected. And the staff were patient and friendly.

Kids zip is no fun for the kids they had to stand around and wait for most of the time. Too many kids for one instructor.

My grand kids loved proving themselves that they could do the tracks. Good exercise for them.

Amazing place and amazing experience. Had heard about this place but had never been, and it did not disappoint. Special shout out to Megan who helped us with induction and training and did a fantastic job. Thank you! 10/10

Great place. Kids get confidence to do sport activity. Good starter for all age kids n young adult.

Great for kids and more inexperienced climbers as there are a lot of junior and beginner courses to choose from. For my partner and I, there just wasn’t enough intermediate to advanced courses for the two and half hour time slot hence the three stars. We still had a fun time for the hour we stayed tho

This was fun. Not only are you high up in the rainforest trees, contending with various challenges and ziplines, but also on top of a mountain, so if you can tear away from the wonder of down, you can see glimpses of wonder across.

Really friendly and fun staff, with all levels catered for, this is worth the visit.

Great day climbing. A good challenge and fun to do even on the wet / mist. The team there is awesome. Great service and they get you going straight away.

Such an awesome location and so much fun! Instructor Megan was awesome, plenty of guidance and a bit of banter which is always good and even took some photos for us.

We’re on holidays from Sydney. The customer service was sensational. They were professional and made my kids feel calm and kept assisting in every way possible. They had a sense of humour and also are very passionate about their job. I believe the first point of contact leaves a good impression and this certainly did!
Also the actual courses were amazing. My little one had to repeatedly do the first course before proceeding to the challenging ones and he was gliding through it by the 5th round. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

The team was professional and caring for the children.
It accommodates the whole family (Bubba's miss out tho). Parents I think you'd enjoy yourself too!
Afterwards you can go up to the lookout to view the beautiful area of Coffs and grab a cup of coffee!

There are drop toilets nearby and an eating area at the top of needed.

Massive shout to Crystal, one of the staff. Our cautious 5 year old was able to complete all the 4 levels of the kids course with Crystal’s patience and support over the tricky wobbly bits. She also allowed our older daughter, who was not ready for the higher course, to complete the kids course and leave happy & proud of herself. Crystal’s care, encouragement and support made this a fantastic experience for both our daughters. Thank you so much!

Great fun day out, was busy over Easter but was grateful they were opened. Staff member Bree was amazing at helping out with anyone a little afraid of the course and Adam was great at explaining the courses and how all the equipment worked. Troy the Park Manager was very helpful in dealing with all queries and gave fantastic customer service.

Bree the instructor was fantastic. She was really comforting for the less confident participants.
