4Receptionist is rude and took 100$ deposit when I refused to sign their unreasonable form before my appointment I cancelled the appointment a week before and didn’t get the money back.
Been seeing Bridie for around 8 years. She’s an amazing therapist and has done wonders for my child. The reception staff are lovely and super helpful. I would be lost without this place. I highly recommend for any parent looking for a great OT to use this practice.
Didn't like the experience here. I decided to try based on review but found that they were not transparent with pricing. They charged more for NDIA managed clients without informing client up front. Also they charged addition fee equivalent to one consultation for developing 10 week plan when other OT clinic would just include in service provided in the first consultation.
My son has been seeing Bridie for around a year and the change in him has been amazing
