Use Transdirect for our small business when we need to get freight to and from Interstate and overseas. To date they have been efficient and their system on the WEB is great where they give you options to which freight company you are able to use at different cost ranges.

Order was not collected on Monday, rebooked for Tuesday, order was not collected. Phoned, was caller number 14. Sat on hold for 40 minutes. The following day, order was still not collected, spent another 30 minutes on hold. Found out there was an internal issue betweeen Transdirect and Allied in their backend of communications apparently according to Transdirect. Was promised it would be collected again. On Friday was promised it would be collected. It wasn't. Phoned the following Monday, sat on hold yet again and was asked "has that still not been collected" I said I have been really polite for a week now, but what do I need to do to have my order picked up. I was essentially told nothing, I can just cancel my order or wait for it to be resolved - of which after one week, the escalation hadn't been looked at yet. I was then told to have a nice day and hung up on. I was not rude, I did not raise my voice, I did not swear. I own a security company and am well equipped to manage conflict resolution - however after a week of continued time wasting and frustration with absolutely zero care factor shown by Transdirect, this is thoroughly disappointing. We are all busy, we all have staff shortages, its the way we handle things - and Transgrid, you have handled this particular case very poorly. I look forward to my refund, and working with a company who values my business.

Have been a regular customer of this service and the rates, pickup and delivery estimates have mostly been as promised. Pricing is competitive compared to AusPost especially when insurance is factored in. Couriers please is usually the cheapest option.

Every time I use transdirect I get an additional charge for apparently under declaring my order. At first I didn't think much of 2 or 3 extra charges in a few months but now I am getting an additional charge on EVERY order. I've tried to contact customer service who were extremely rude and unhelpful! Don't bother using these guys, use Freightlancer instead - like an uber for freight. Much more reliable and there are no hidden charges

Transdirect damaged my package. I paid the insurance but they will use any excuse not to honor the claim. Be aware. They have no pride in what they doing.

I paid for a 2 day delivery because I needed parcel by a set date for an event. They had 2 weeks to deliver but instead LOST my parcel for 6 weeks. Parcel eventually turned up in a DIRTY & DISGUSTING state. When I contacted them they REFUSED to search for my parcel or assist in any way.

I tried doing an online booking with Pack n Send and I'm still waiting for their quote even after one of their branches called me to outline all the negatives about getting my packages to me in Qld from NE Victoria. Hopeless.so a friend suggested Trans Direct web site as it generates several quotes from different freighters and also giving delivery dates for each one. So in 10 minutes online I got my quote including insurance and a pick up date the following day and a delivery date. The pick up didn't happen on the Friday afternoon as the web site said.a follow up call on the Monday afternoon and I found TNT drivers were on strike on Friday. Got picked up late Monday afternoon and delivered one day later than originally thought because of the strike action by TNT drivers. My goods arrived and delivered by a friendly face and no damage to my goods.

Excellent. You have been easy, professional, efficient & trustworthy.
So quick (Delivery on 3rd business day) size didn't matter or unusual shape or locations. Nothing too hard for Transdirect A happy customer.

While the price are cheap when they loose parcel (have lost 3 items total $1900) or make a mistake they don't respond to emails take up to an hour on hold to reach and will do everything they can to avoid.insurance payouts they deliver an item to the wrong address as confirmed by there system but refuse to give insurance after 4 separate investigation
They also approve additional charges with no evidence to your card and refuse to provide evidence

I would highly recommend going with a different carrier they don't care and aren't any help
Saving will be offset by loss item with no insurance coverage

First discovered via an online search, I called directly to discuss my online quote. Phone operator was very helpful & pointed me back to the online portal to choose my shipping options. Made my choice with Allied overnight from Syd to Melb. Portal was super easy to navigate & sort payment. Con notes & invoice sent asap. Parcel collected from EBay seller Monday & was delivered Tuesday afternoon. Simply first class! I’m not a regular freight customer but your service is perfect for the odd few times I need to ship around Oz. Will be back & will recommend to others! Thank you.

It's so easy, I'm not tech savvy or young, all information there click, click, click & your booked paid ready to go! Prices fluctuate that I don't understand but I'm sure that's to do with the transport companies.

Have been very happy with Transdirect on each transaction. The online process is user friendly and very prompt turnaround from pickup to delivery. On the occasions I have needed some assistance, the Customer Service contacts have been very understanding and have clarified the query each time. I will most certainly continue to use Transdirect.

No nonsense, Straightforward online booking. As an artist, I strive to paint better paintings purely to avoid administrational duties I don't need to be involved with. However I usually enjoy shooting the breeze with the Transdirect agent whilst they load the freight item. I pass the cost on direct to client so it's nice to be able to pass on the best value delivery service to make up for lack of artistic integrity.

Appalling service. We book in excess of 10-15 bookings a day and when you need to ask a question about a pick up or delivery you have to wait an hour for someone to pick up every single time and this has been like this for over 4 months. They blame covid for the wait times yet the country has the highest unemployment % currently. They could be hiring though instead they are banking peoples money and use covid as an excuse. They have targeted advertising to get more people to use their service though they cant handle the amount of work they have. They are making their 3rd party partners (the couriers) look like the bad guys for not delivering but it's not the courier its the inconsistency of transdirect and taking advantage of businesses by using covid as an excuse. Unfortunately at present there isn't allot of other services like theirs so they can do this. I highly recommend going direct to the courier company and book through them and if the price is higher than your quote from Transdirect advise the couriers and most of the time they will match it.
