I am a new student to TM and have found that Cathy teaches in a caring and supportive manner. I recommend her as a teacher as I do the transcendental meditation course!

Cathy thought me TM earlier this year and its been amazing. Immediately, it helped me to sleep better (I suffered w insomnia) and clear my thoughts. What I liked the most is how easy it is to do - I've tried guided meditation for years but this was instantly effectuve and so simple. Highly recommend.

Cathy is a wonderful TM teacher. She has a very kind and patient approach and I have thoroughly enjoyed learning the technique and incorporating it into my life.
