I was a client of Ian in 2009 and also in 2018. I couldn’t speak highly enough of him, not just a great guy, but knows his stuff to the T. I went to Ian as I wanted more muscle mass on my legs and after about 4 months I put on noticiable size. Thank you Ian =]

I worked with Ian for numerous years. In that time I found him to be very thorough in his approach to things and professional In his approach throughout.
Ian was always on hand for anything I needed and helped me in any ways he could whenever asked.

Ian is a quality lad and knows everything there to know about health and nutrition. If he doesn't know it then it's probably not worth knowing.

Ian is an amazing coach. He is very helpful, full of knowledge.
Ian understands what is required to achieve your goals from nutrition, planning and the correct exercises. He's always available to answer questions regarding exercise and nutrition. I have started my journey and have made some really good progress and look forward to achieving my goals. The most important thing as Ian says is sticking to the plan and ask when unsure. Highly recommended!

I wholeheartedly recommend going to Ian at Training Day Health. He can tailor your dietary needs and educate you about fuelling your body to include the best nutrients for you. He is so forward thinking and uses research to keep updated. Always striving to find the most accurate information. He is also a fantastic trainer as I hated the gym but he got me there and always found new and fun things to do in our training sessions which was vital for motivating me. Nothing was ever mundane and he got the best out of me. He helped me recover from an Achilles’ tendon injury and did lot of functional movement with me to get me back into my allotment and golf which I loved. Now I use his training plan to keep moving as I am now 62 and am sailing around the United Kingdom. He is an exceptional person and genuinely a nice guy so you get more of a counsellor and friend when you start training with him.

Ian has been my personal coach/ training mentor for over 10 years now. Through out those years he has not only changed the way i train but also my lifestyle as a whole. He understands tailoring exercise and diet to suit your goals. He does not do the 'one exercise suits all' approach.
His approach to exercise is based on changing your whole wellbeing. He can adjust his sessions and diet plans to suit your current status. He has an understanding of mental health which he also applies to his training. Over the years i have seen him mentor and train other individuals. It is a loss for people like me that he has moved. However he is always available to give pointers and continue to motivate his clients.
I wish you nothing but the best and may your business continue to expand my brother. God bless you.

Ian is an excellent fitness coach. Working with Ian I achieved the best physical shape I’ve been in during my time as a competing bodybuilder. His knowledge around diet and exercise is exceptional and I’d recommend him to anyone who’s serious about getting in the best shape they’ve ever been in.

Struggling with my weight, I asked Ian what could I do instead of going to the gym because I didn't feel comfortable in a gym environment, he suggested why not take up cycling and now I'm hooked. Ian has supported me (his dad), on my fitness journey throughout, tweeking my eating habits so now feel fitter, stronger and able to cycle for miles.

Top service. Ian helped me to lose over 2 stone in the time we were training together. He takes the extra time to listen and chat to you about whatever you want too and I consider him a good friend now. Couldn't recommend his services enough.

Ian has the time for anyone and is really easy to speak with. His world of knowledge on nutrition, and both the physical and mental aspects of keeping healthy manages to leave you feel more confident and motivated after every session.
