We would not be in business today if we had not met Adrian & the team at Tradesformation. Since joining Tradesformation 2 years ago we have more than doubled our profits each year. The time in training he is spending with us as a whole at Metropolitan/Jim’s plumbing is outstanding. I feel that every course Im attending, I’m learning so much. Adrian Fadini is not only a great Italian stallion but fortunately he is a great plumber and business man who is not scared to teach and share everything he has learn through his hard work and years of experience. To me I think his hard work and dedication pays off.not only for himself but most importantly to us. His teachings really do give us confidence and make our job easier to analyse situations, deal with customers and sell plumbing services with ease (sales). He is easy going, wise and humours in nature so if you have an issue well. … take a good look at yourself before you go pointing the finger at him ;).

This is what everyone in the industry need to get to be up to Standard and give a very good reputation to our industry. I've been dealing with Adrian and he has been fantastic, always answering the phone and help with any questions i got for him.

To be honest at the start I was very skeptical about the training and how there is a lot of other platform offering similar training and I thought 'Do we really need this training? We are just Plumbing and Electrical Service provider we don't need that type of training! ". Somehow I still wanted to know more about the training as I saw very good reviews and testimonials from some of the leading companies in the industries, taking training with Trades Formation. I've also checked there Instagram and I've called some of the tradie in the pictures on IG and questioned him about if the training is good and if he saw any change in his company revenue? His reply was don't think do it ASAP as the change is very good and we are improving our business each time we have a class with Adrian.

I've called Adrian and I've started to take the training with him.
After 3 weeks, I can see the boys are more responsible and looking for improvement for them and the company. They are giving better service to the customer as they got all the methods during the classes we are taking and I'm a very happy customer and will keep doing the training for a long time.
