We highly recommend Trademark Construction Illawarra after they built a pergola for us. From the initial competitive quote through to completion of the project, Tim was professional and efficient - he happily answered our many questions and provided good design advice. Tim along with his employees are hard workers, produce quality work, maintain a clean work site and are genuinely nice guys to have around! We love our new pergola which has already been put to great use for gatherings of family and friends. We would not hesitate to use their services again.

Tim and team replaced a pretty high deck on the back of our place in Warrawong. He was very responsive, put in a good quote, and then got the job done when he said he would. The quality of work was very good, and the place was left neat and tidy.

Tim and his apprentice built a new deck onto the back of our house and re-did our floors throughout the entire house. He handled everything from removing what was originally out the back, to designing the new deck (while still taking into account what I wanted), he also had a few great suggestions with the floors with products I hadn't seen before. Had of I gone with another company I know the outcome wouldn't have been as good. I honestly could not recommend TCI more, they have completely transformed my house and the tradesmen are such genuine guys. Thanks a lot.

We extended an additional two rooms and added an alfresco to our property with Trademark Carpentry Illawarra completing all the carpentry works after a recommendation from a friend. Tim was very easy to work with and worked with us to achieve an outcome we are very happy with.
