We received first class service from Neil. Highly recommend Neil and the team. A really great experience.

Thanks to the quick delivery of our hot water system from Tradelink, we had hot water again within a matter of hours of our call. The sales team were prompt, efficient and friendly. The delivery driver was accommodating and helpful. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our experience and highly recommend Tradelink Alexandria.

Website says store open until 3pm - get there at 2pm and it is already closed! Wasted journey. Won't be spending my money at Tradelink.

Had a small problem with my toilet seat. Contacted Neil who asked me to email a photo of the problem. Within 5 min he responded back booked it with the warranty department. They called me within 20min and will be sending out a replacement. 5 star service and all thanks to Neil couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you.

Neil was extremely helpful. I have dealt with them as well around 2 years before and have always had excellent customer service.

Neil was able to get me the spare part I had been hunting down for weeks in 1 day. He called me back with the store, the amount and part number. All of this was over the phone and email. Really happy he was able to resolve my problem today.

I’m not going to shop here until Tradelink’s parent company Fletcher Building rules out any involvement with the Adani coal mine.

Don’t come to this showroom if you’re looking for ideas and samples because apparently “samples” are not for sampling if you’re not buying from them right then and there. Awful customer service.
