Cayleb and the whole team where very helpful and knowledgeable on the purchase of my Jet Ski. No pushy sales, no urgency to sell. They organised competitive Insurance, provided smooth hand-over, very easy to deal with.

Just picked up my brand new Quintrex 430 Fishabout this morning from TR Marine and could not be happier! The price including upgraded options packs & accessories was several thousand dollars less than other dealers nearer to my location were advertising for the same thing. The service, communication and follow-up from the team at TR was flawless; they are all a really friendly and professional bunch of people too, always there to give you a genuinely friendly greeting with a smile (some dealers I've been to in the past give the impression that they are the ones doing you a huge favour by offering to sell you a boat, with their eye-rolls and indifferent, unhelpful demeanour; they could take a few lessons from the staff at TR Marine!). They got also me a great deal on insurance, fitted some tow hooks I needed to take the kids tubing on Christmas Day, and even threw in a second fuel tank that I requested for no additional charge and got the boat to me well before Christmas, even though I kinda left my purchase till the last minute. Well worth the 90 minute round trip to get to these guys from my place; I'll be getting all my future servicing done there too.

Contacted TR Marine and spoke to Wayne, explained my situation and what I was after. He immediately understood my needs and made a recommendation that ultimately proved to be way better than what I was hoping for. During the whole process I was kept up to date and was well informed and at the handover Wayne and his staff members were professional and friendly. Thanks TR Marine, couldn't be happier.

I have just purchased a boat from TR MarineWorld. The process from start to finish was very smooth, communication was great. Dealing with Cayleb was a pleasure. He was helpful l, even when I was just “kicking tyres”. His easy going manner, willingness to answer as many questions as I wanted, and his product knowledge, earned him an impromptu sale. The hand over was excellent, and I recommend TR Marine.

My recent purchase of a new 40HP 4 Stroke Tiller steer has been less than ideal. The initial sale was fine but the fit up and hand over had a few issues, which were avoidable, however lesson learnt.

My outboards lower unit was either factory damaged or faulty and has now been replaced with a brand new unit and prop, all done quickly and at a time that suited me- great customer and after sales service.

The service manager Luke went above and beyond to rectify my issues and has replaced a level of confidence in the way TR do business.

My first ever boat purchase was with these guys. I started with Daniel who organised finance and the build of the boat type/size/colour extras that I wanted. He kept me up to date with the build time and delivery date to expect. Everything was smooth and easy. On my day of pick up, Melissa explained all the books and warranties clearly. Georgia did the handover and being a first time boat buyer this experience was easy going and easy to understand. I’d highly recommend these guys if you’re in the market for a new or used boat. I drove 3 hours to deal with them and it was all positive.

Was dealing with Daniel regarding a R580 purchase in late 2021. Was very poor in responding to questions I had and failed to contact me with a final price. When I followed up via a phone call he appeared busy with other matters in the dealership and again did not return contact when he said he would. Appeared disorganised. Overall a weird experience. Ended up purchasing a brand new Whittley which the quality is far greater and very happy.

Just purchased a new Revival boat from TR Marine, although there were some initial issues regarding time frames for delivery, I have to say I am impressed with the purchase. My faith in the dealership was completely restored by Paul who showed my the boat controls and had the patience to spend time with me one the water, launching and retrieving several times to get used to it. He could not have been more helpful and understanding and was great to deal with. Also Melissa in admin was awesome and helped the situation with communication.

I was recommended by a mate to see Daniel about purchasing a new quintrex.
He has been extremely professional and has answered many of my questions. Even though my wife and I are still discussing our options, he will be our first point of call.
