Toyworld Vincentia

We come down to Vincentia every year and we always visit Vincentia Toyworld. We have been coming here for years and we started buying different toys but now my boy has grown up and likes buying the different cards they have on sale.

The owners have always been friendly and happy to have a chat. I would recommend this store to anyone who has kids or even the big kids as well.

Recently purchased the lego Blacksmith ideas set. Was on the upper end of price and they refused to match a $20 price difference. Don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

I go in regularly and the prices are always on all the products and the owners are always polite, friendly and helpful.

All of there toys come from a sweatshop they don’t let you return and there toys are very bad quality the staff is very rude

Handy location fully stocked of both boys and girls toys lovely local owners. Love buying my grankids presents from this store over the years

We have been shopping at this particular Toyworld store in Vincentia for over twenty years and it hasn’t changed a bit. It is very small and cramped but jam packed full of everything you expect to find in a toy shop and even more. The aisles are not very accessible for a wheelchair or pram. The staff have never been particularly friendly on any of our visits through the years but we continue to go there as a family tradition.

We always tend to find 'that perfect gift' for our children at this store.

I like to support local small businesses. I must say staff are rather friendly and helpful at: Toyworld Vincentia.

This toy shop has unfriendly staff, rip off toys and they refuse to let us return items that are faulty. This is not the first time this happened every time I go there they always are rude and they obviously don’t like kids. I am never going back there. If I could rate it 0 stars I would!

Great customer service and very knowledgeable so were able to answer all my questions and give me great advice, so many different toys that other shops don't have. Owners were a delight to deal with. Will definitely be going back

This Place is Amazing: my Grandson & I enjoyed looking a the wide variety of toys, some I had never seen in other shops!

Wouldn’t let me return an item despite it saying on the receipt that you could. Quite unreasonable.

Greeted with unfriendly service and are not willing to refund an item that is still in its packaging.

Was very dissatisfied with the quality of customer service. As a customer service employee myself I was shocked by the hostile and rude attitude of the staff member. Will not be going back.
