Very well stocked and very good prices for toys. Lots of parking and there's a play area outside. The staff are very helpful and very knowledgeable on their stock and stock levels.

I picked up a basketball hoop arcade game for my son’s birthday, the staff were all young yet i was surprised with their knowledge of toys. The young man who served me was polite and courteous and a great salesman to boot, offer me another toy at a discounted price. The store was clean and organised, i will definitely be going back.

Lovely area for my niece, i always take her here whenever we have free time! Great customer service although i wish there were more teens working here for the kid/friendly concept.speaking of, i was also wondering how much would a 17 year old make when working here? My other niece is interested in applying and doesn’t know how to figure it out haha.

Hopeless staff and very unprofessional!
All 3 items I bought scanned much higher then advertised on the shelf. The ticket description clearly matched the item and I showed this to both the checkout girl and the manager. Their response was “sorry this is what it’s scanning as so this is the price. ”. This is actually legally not acceptable under Australian consumer law. You’re not actually allowed to advertise things for a certain price then charge people more. I told this to the staff but they couldn’t care less and just wanted to get the transaction over and done with, eye rolling and all. Will be lodging a complaint with the ACCC about this.

Rude staffs, service with unhappy face. The staffs was trying to inculpate my daugters open the box toy while the box was already opened. She kept complaining about what they hasn’t done infront of them. I don’t think they should work in the toy store. I went there on Sunday afternoon 19/2/23

New play area here is cool! It's gated and there is a toilet right next to it for the kids. Winning!

Lots of choices with regular sale/discount. We always go there for kids bday presents and occassions.

Visited on 6th November and I must say the check out staff were absolutely hopeless! As I stood waiting to be served there were 3 assistants googling a price for a customer that had walked away. I had to ask to be served and was spoken back to by a very sassy Missy who I could have slapped. Extremely poor service and very disappointed excursio.

All great till you find out they don’t do Afterpay in store. Disappointing. If you have it online you should have it in store.

A good range of toys, the staff are very helpful, especially when a Little Tikes toy, was missing a part.

I went today to buy a gift for a baby girl and needed it to be gift wrapped, girl name tanalia (not sure if I remember it correctly) really helped me with the gift wrapping - I was extremely delighted with her service - people like these sets real example of customer centricity - Good Job - I hope your management recognise such worthy employees. Good range of toys buy prices are on the expensive side. Would use this place to get any quick items but if I had time, would buy online for better price.

Toy mate Bankstown is a big store plenty of toys to choose with. One down point today was the checkout girl doesn't seem very friendly. Asked me if I was a member I told her I’m not sure instead of let me check for you she just went on scan on the product and act that she doesn’t care I have to asked what is the advantage of been a member she then said she can sign me for a discount next time… come on…. U guys should provide your customers with the details ‍️‍️‍️, walking out the other stuff seem like a senior
staff he seem like he had a bad day too, not a good vibe. This is a store for kids. So cheers, smile please. Other than that, pretty happy to shop around.

I went in to purchase a few toys for last minute Christmas shopping around 2 weeks ago. I wanted to price match an item that was cheaper at Big W. The girl behind the counter said they couldn’t do it as it was a sale item. She brought the manager down. The manager rod (i think that was his name) was very very rude. He wouldn’t explain to me the policies on price match i was more disappointed in the way i was treated as a customer than not being able to price match the toy. The cashier then called another lady down to help me and she was absolutely amazing, she took her time to explain all the terms on price match and she even signed me up as a gold loyalty member to receive 5% off my next purchase! Unfortunately i didn’t get her name down but she had dark brown curly hair and glasses.

Some people really should not be working in retail when they have such a lousy and rude attitude to their customers.

Lots of Toys to choose from. They need staff to show U where things are. Or U can go looking for hrs.

Service is horrible. Girl behind the counter wearing the tights in mornings all she does is chat before serving the customers went to Big W instead.
