14 Needed SUPERVISION in all areas. Dry mopping the floors.
Does not like to use cleaning products. MOP bucket and rags left in dirty mop bucket, nothing washed. ICING ON THE CAKE, LEFT HIS DIRTY SHOE MARKS ALL OVER MY FLOOR (STAIRS)

Unreliable. They didn’t bother showing up. Not only once but twice. Didn’t even let me know they weren’t coming.
The Totally Bright team did our recent end-of-lease cleaning and exterior cleaning of the place we are moving into. Both jobs were done perfectly, and we were impressed by their detailed end-of-lease work. They were able to clean difficult areas thoroughly and were very efficient and professional in their approach. Their services are priced reasonably. We are glad we found them online and would totally recommend their business to our friends and anyone else.
I can not recommend the Totally Bright team enough. Unlike other companies, they came to look at the job, took notes, gave me a quote on the spot & the job was fantastic. I would definitely use Totally Bright Services again for my next end of lease clean or a clean in general.

Absolutely amazing. The two person team was efficient, thorough, and professional with our deep spring clean. House has had a total refresh and I'm really loving it now it's more manageable. Will be booking recurring services every 4 wks and can't recommend them enough!
Very difficult to call or reach them. I probably rang them 5 times in past week. No response. I also send email 3 times since last week and I heard nothing back.
