Had to buy some Generator Oil. When i purchased the Generator the oil was missing. When i explained this to Chris he supplied me with the oil that should have come with the Generator. N/C. Well Done Chris. Very Professional.

I purchased a pump on Saturday from your store. After a little confusion and the pump not being delivered by Monday as expected. I spoke with Sean on Monday afternoon who was extremely helpful, he was personable and knowledgeable. He took it upon himself to help resolve the issue despite him not creating it himself.
He personally picked up the pump from the courier and delivered from your store to Tuncurry on Monday afternoon in order for us to have the pump asap and allowing us to be able to give water to the horses.
We are so appreciative and impressed with Sean's customer service and willing attitude to go above and beyond when he did not have too.
We will definitely be shopping with your store again for the sheer fact of professional and personable Sean was.

Graham saved our day! Damsels in distress as our bike rack on the back of our rental camper-van became very loose and dangerous. This lovely man came to our rescue laying on the ground as he tightened everything back up. He also taught us how to adjust the tow ball, tighten everything back up safe and recommended to purchase a brand new brace. Thank you for your time! We owe you beers new friend

Young bloke, Adrian helped out allot, good knowledge of the product, aswell as explaining how to get the product registered, then by that you get a new product as a bonus. Overall Port Macquarie Total Tools was a good experience.

My husband visited Total Tools Port Macquarie and he wasn't sure of exactly what it was he needed. However, he met Chris from the Sales Team and was so impressed with the outstanding customer service skills that Chris displayed. Chris was able to show him a better version of the tool that he ended up buying, he explained every detail of how it worked and exactly what it was supposed to do. Always know what I need with a good explanation. Highly knowledgeable and don't beat around the bush when it comes to me wanting quality products.

Came in on weekend (Sunday 25th Aug) I bought a black large tool chest. I had great service in this store. I had my own Ute to bring it home, but the guy that served me thought it might get scratched up (Tool chest). So very kindly offered to deliver to me! No charge! Monday morning shows up, chest all strapped up well, not a single scratch on it, Thanks for the great service guys! That's why I will be coming back to this store.

I had some pretty good service here, the bloke spent a good 5 minutes helping me find the Allan key size that I needed for my job. It was very helpful. Quick check out, and he gave me some tips for the job
