The store is great, I would definitely recommend it! A young man named Jacob helped us out, his customer service skills are impeccable and he was so knowledgeable.
Honestly 10/10 service.

First time at Total Tools and was helped by a lovely older gentlemen whose name I should have gotten! He has just moved from Oatlands.

Anyway he helped me whilst I asked a million questions about different heated jackets and helped me with sizing. He was incredibly kind and patient and also knowledgeable. So big thank you and keep up the good work!

Yesterday the new store manager sorted out an issue that was caused by a supplier back in December, I had been waiting for a drill set from DeWalt that had not arrived. The store manager offered me a gift card as a solution this was very much appreciated. I will keep coming back.

I recently visited the store to look for a few items including a honing guide and all the team where incredibly helpful. Called happily recommend and visit again.

Use to shop here all the time but it seems like my money not good there anymore. I told them that I don’t have mask and in need of few bits, tools and supplies, instead of give me 1 mask told me to buy packet of mask first from them. Joke

I thought I started shopping here to give a bit of support to the local Total Tools. Bought several stuff - self helped all good. But when it comes to email enquiries twice in a row, zero responses. Contacted central customer support and after telling them I couldn't get email help on products, they attempted to assist. But then in the end, the customer support referred me back to the contact the store via email. Totally useless, when highlighted stated I already did and no one responding, CS decided to help again. The same CS person who assisted earlier because I stated no help directly from store and yet managed to referred back and then again trying to help after been told second time there was no direct local help. The help ended up with NOTHING in the end. Zero help on product enquiries. So best to shop elsewhere or go in directly, as you won't get online help, nor email help. I don't know what's the point of having those options. Sorry Total Tools, think I'll just minimised my purchases here. Totally waste of time.

Easy parking, friendly staff and a huge selection of tools and stuff. I would recommend this store.

Amazing service, ordered a few items online for delivery given the current circumstances. Items were packed, shipped and delivered to my door within a couple of days.

I like the store layout as it's open and easy to find what your looking for. They have always got what I need and the staff are very helpful.

OMG The staff in this store have absolutely no knowledge of the products they stock. You can't send the missus or apprentice (with photos, model numbers, measurements, etc) to pick something up for you as the staff will not comprehend the MOST basic and clearest instructions.

If you don't know tools this is the worst possible place you could go for advice

If you know tools you probably don't shop here for obvious reasons.

I've been purchasing tools from TOTAL Tools Penrith, for some time. The staff have always been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this store.

This is the Home Depot of tools and gadgets. There is always something eye catching in the store and always some sale items. The service staff are helpful and friendly. It's a hot shop with that sun on the roof in summer time so take a drink if you plan to spend time in the store. You'll get credit points when you buy things and they can be redeemed for a discount on the next purchase. What's not to like?:)

Good to there word not to many like that any more cheers keep up good work. Other stores should take page out of there book.

Tried to get here when it first opens up at 9am, it's now 9.10am and the doors aren't even opened.

Amazing service from the staff and extremely knowledgeable about the products. Could not recommend them enough.

Cannot fault he service that was received at the Total Tools Penrith Store today.
Sales person had good product knowledge and walked away with a ripper power tool deal.

Enquired on spare part for my EGO 56V LM2000 lawnmower. Was promised a call back over 2 weeks ago regarding price/availability.
Was also told that when I receive a call to say they can order me the part, that I cannot pay for it over the phone with my VISA, I have to make the trip back to the store.
I got fed up with waiting and ordered the part elsewhere and had it within a few days (all without having to go to the other shop (not total tools).
Pick up your game guys. It seems as though they're only interested in serving you it your spending big $$$$$. Not a way to treat a customer.
