Not a good place to buy tools, salesman who pickup the call have no manners how to talk over phone so arrogant and rude, still he considered himself salesman, learn to respect other first and then do this job.

First time buying from Total Tools and I have the worst case of buyer’s remorse I’ve had in a long time.

Completely incompetent customer service, literally ignoring everything I’ve asked for weeks and answering multiple times with completely useless, irrelevant information.

Website has inadequate information on stock availability and if waiting a month for your delivery doesn’t suit you, forget a refund - if you try to cancel an order because of an unreasonable delivery time - they’ll penalise you with 15% of the purchase price - despite the fact that they are keeping the item and reselling it full price.

Only reason I even ordered through them is because Repco’s site was down. Should have just waited and bought from Repco - this company is unreasonable and difficult to deal with. Because of their staff’s incompetence I still have no idea what’s happening and no idea whether I’ll have something to give my husband on Christmas Day.

Not worth the headache - buy elsewhere.

I brought caulking gun Spear & Jackson (Professional Quality) but houses use for me after I got for many
months just first time use (First time) but is bent on the head because, total tools tell me I put to hard, but this is (Professional Quality) not $3.99 from a bargain shop. Anyway just feeling like spent more money to buy good stuff but only first time used it. Need to go to the bin SOON.

Manager Kristian Bruno had complete disregard for customers, still waiting for refund 4 months later after returning item and manufacturer admitting liability

Had the pleasure of visiting this store for the first time today. I met 'Cameron', who it turns out is an absolute legend. He helped me find everything I needed and gave great advice. I was in and out within minutes, everything was in stock, and staff were always within earshot for help (without being pushy) - Great job guys, you've earnt a customer for life!

I've been there several times for various tools and accessories and have always received great service and they've always had what I needed.

They were a great help. My parents came in for a hose fitting for my air gun and they helped them out greatly

Convenience location with a massive range of known brands. This store is close to my work and I visit this store regularly to pick up ever needed supplies. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely the worst experience of incompetence ever experienced anywhere. Went to buy a $1200 generator that's advertised as ready to go.

I asked to start it (as I have purchased a compressor before and when I got it home it failed to start), they said ahh sorry no oil. BUT you advertise ready to go and they can show. No worries I will go to the petrol station and buy some. Get back only to find no petrol - so visit again.

After getting ready - they can't find the key - anywhere. No fear they will get another one from the warehouse downstairs. 15 min later, can't find one. More fart arsing around looking for another key or generator, nothing.

Let's try a refund (given I phoned them 1 hour before arriving to make sure they had one, had ready and could demonstrate), still having no luck after 3 attempts, they call the manager over who asked me to wait a few minutes - sorry, I was already 60 min late, over waiting for others, I just want my refund and to leave.

Short staffed, staff lacked knowledge and manager too busy throughout the whole sale to step in and assist. Not happy.
