Total Tools Castle Hill

I just purchased an Ego Multi-Tool from Michael at Total Tools. The whole process was delightful. Michael knew the brand and you could see that he is passionate about his work. And then - he even carried out the box to my car! I feel like this is the type of customer service that is missing in the Internet Age. I’ll be back for sure!

As a business owner in the hills district and surrounding areas I frequently visited total tools castle hill for equipment, repairs and general questions. The support and willingness of the workers (particularly Josh, Micheal, & Darnell) to go above and beyond in helping me with any issues is something I truly appreciate across the past two years in business. I will be without a doubt sticking with this store and will recommend to anyone!

The guys here are absolute legend. Wife bought a Bosch impact gun for me and went above and beyond to look after us and managed to get so bonus credit out of it too. Believe it was Michael we dealt with who was an absolute legend. All my experiences there have been great and I will continue to shop with again. 10/10 guys!

The guys here are so helpful! If they don't have what you need they tell you where to find it. If you have a question they will respond thoughtfully and are happy to discuss the pros and cons of options with them. As a woman I find the experience here really positive.

His arrogance and lack of competence has now changed my opinion of Total tools.

A14 year old kid from bunnings would know more about customer service than this goose

I urgently needed specialized cutting blades for vehicle rescue, to be transported via a special pick up to the Laos PDR. Dana and the blokes understood the criticality and over rode there own IT systems to make sure the blades were there and given to the courier without fail. This is despite the fact i did not even have an account with them when i contacted them remotely from Asia. I shudder to think what would have happened if i had to go through an offshore call centre & stupid chatbots, to arrange this. Some things have to be sorted by directly talking to professionals, Aussie to Aussie so to speak.
Accidents are something I often encounter in the remote North West of the country

Great store with tons of tools. Ample choice and plenty of parking. While most people go to Bunnings and only a few venture to this store, it is time to make a visit to this store and you won't be disappointed.

The quality of the tools and the range of products will put Bunnings to shame.

Service was nice and quick, and the staff were all knowledgeable and friendly. They also have Bernzomatic propane torches at a pretty good price, so come here to buy them!

As soon as I walked in the staff were friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. Explained the difference between two products to help me choose which one to purchase and helped me load it into my car. They also have members benefits for points so when you buy a bunch of tools you get something out of it unlike Bunnings. I don't think I'd go anywhere else for tools. Will be back.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. I usually don't like comparing but compared to Sydney tools Castle Hill their range and service is far better and have what you need.

This is not a review of staff at castle hill, this is total tools in general.
This company sells good quality products, but thats where the good stops. They make purchasing so difficult, painful, and really 2 + business day replies on orders and 10 work day waits while they just wait for you to chase them about your store collection, OMG painful experience over a $99 item and never going to put myself thru this again, we are a business and our customers wont wait this long either, Total Tools, another waste of a good idea!

Best tool shop around. Huge range and great staff. Especially Micheal, couldn’t recommend him enough, knows everything there is to know and always willing to help
