Total Tools Alexandria

Poor customer service… needed a warranty claim done on one of my makita tools and stated it will take 3 weeks to return from assessment. I call back after 5 weeks time only to discover that they have forgot to send it to the repairer. After asking if there is anything they can do to speed up the process or even handing me a replacement for an only 2 month old tool, all I get is a simple sorry. No responsibility was taken to rectify the situation. 2 months later all I receive is a text to come collect the tool. After attempting to speaking with a manager about their negligence I have not been contacted whatsover.

Thanks Andrew for the great help during the insiders night. This is why I spend the big bucks with Total Tools. Sydney tools sucks!:)

I love Total tools, Alexandria, Great staff are always happy and greet me as i just walked into the store.

Love walking around looking at Milwaukee tools, only problem i spend too much money, on my every visit.

Really helpful team member by the name of Rick.
He had plenty of great advice and was more than happy to answer all the questions i had.
The store is set up really well and has plenty of stock.

Great place I had the manager sort a problem I had with an item that was resolved professionally and quickly.
Same price as Sydney tools but with better service and loyalty points.

Not to mention the pizzas and beers on their sale nights.
Here's a quick photo of them but they are everywhere through the store with lots of industry knowledge on these particular nights.

Big shoutout to Josh who went above and beyond with his customer service. Been after this certain toolbelt for months and every store has been out of stock. Thought the same again once i checked around. Located me one from the back with ease. Top fella.give the lad a bonus.

Very happy these guys have opened up near me. Awesome store with plenty of parking. Massive range of tools. Chaddi is super helpful as are the rest of the staff that greet and help on walking through the door. Advice on upcoming specials from suppliers also help save $$$$$

Extremely disappointed with the experience at this store. I am a builder and frequent places like Total Tools often, thought the Alexandria store was my first visit. The staff were very helpful as is the case with all my experience with TT, only to be let down by the on duty manager. Feb 16 2022. They had a sale. The item I wanted was not in stock, Even though they could have ordered it, and I was told by one of the staff members on the phone they would order it and apply the discounts, the Manager refused to at the store level, as it would seem he wanted to sell what he had in stock, this was a big ticket item and would have easily spent 2 to 3k at the store, perhaps this would not have been as big of an issue for me if it were handled correctly and not in a rude aggressive manner as it was. I think training people appropriately before assigning management roles would be beneficial. I ended up getting what I wanted from another store for a better deal anyway. Interesting though when I did tell of my story to another store, all the staff knew exactly who I was talking about. Seems an issue if you ask me.

I had visited the store a few days ago and was served by chaddi he was fantastic knew his product and really helped me make the best selection thank you for going above and beyond champ

Honestly couldnt belive how good the cistomer service is here along with the range of tools and pricing and layout of store I will make this my go to place to get my tools.

Chad the manager is a top notch guy. Couldnt recommned TT in Alexandria enough.

Anthony is a legend! Josh is also so great. We went in for a wrench and left with the best customer service experience.

This is by far one of the best tool shops that we’ve been to. They not only have a large variety of tools but their customer service is outstanding. Chad the Manager has an extended knowledge and he was able to guide us through the best choice of tools for our business. We will be regulars going forward.

Big and spacious. Staff noticed and greet you once you walk in. They show you the tools if you know what you going to get. Definitely better than Sydney Tools.

Enormous clean store, well organised with a massive range. But the real magic is the team. Super friendly and helpful. I was served by Josh and he went above and beyond to sort me out. As a woman and newbie handy person it can sometimes be a little intimidating to be in such spaces, but Josh was incredibly warm and polite, and make the entire experience easy.

Boy o’ boy, what an amazing service, from start to finish the care and attention will keep me coming and referring to everyone I know, 3 superstars rocking the Sunday shift and making you feel special. Please come on in with there fair prices and awesome sales staff.
