Total Tools Albion Park

Ordered an EGO 56v 5ah battery online from Total Tools, Albion Park on Friday 23/6/23 Battery delivered Tuesday 27/6/23. So very fast delivery. But on unpacking found the battery had a build date of 04/22, so 14 months old already. Not happy with that.

What total tools that hardware shop is run by. If I could give minus 5 stars I would!

Attended over the Xmas break with an 18V tool which had malfunctioned and was within warranty period. Employee ("manager") failed to offer refund or replacement in-line with the Australian Consumer Law. His reply was passive aggressive and unprofessional "I've been doing warranties for 30 years, blah, blah" as if that gives weight to him ignoring legal rights of consumers.

Employee only offered to send away and repair (at buyers expense - shipping). As a member of the building trade - no impact gun directly affects ability to make a living.

* I learnt a couple of years ago that Total Tools are the worst online tool seller, most inefficient and least customer care, and so never bought online since then.

After this experience, I will never buy from Total Tools in-store again, and I will make sure everyone I speak with is fully aware of the appalling conduct. I expect to report to this behaviour to the governing body.

Bunnings, Sydney Tools, Mitre 10, etc, etc, all other sellers far exceed the standard of service and most definately warranty execution.

Waiting 10 days for a delivery is a joke.
Total tools need to sack Aramex as they unless. I won't buy off Total tools until they change couriers. By the way it still not delivered. I'd give no stars but there is no option.

Bought some Rigging tools today at the Albion Park branch. Bill the salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Gave me a healthy trade discount to boot. Thanks Bill.

Can use please fix your app keeps logging me out theres over 40 bad reviews same fault. 6 weeks for a milwaukee iron warranty return rang them several times they didnt know what was going on differnet excuses from 4 different guys? Never agian will i shop from here

Spoke to Jason absolute champion because of his politeness and knowledge of tools I just spent $3000 on tools and coming in tomorrow to spend an extra 3000 With wanting to order the biggest king chrome toolset they can get in with much more sales to come thank you Jason

I did all the preliminary work with the manufacturer, all total tools had to do was make the call to order my part, you guessed it they forgot to order…. The Men, s Shed thanks you VERY MUCH. Not! Thy get paid for what? All I ask is do your job, pity they can, t, go somewhere else!

Hate going to this place. Tool's are always reasonable prices so I leave there a little bit poorer. Great bunch of knowledgeable blokes working there.

Great service. They didn't have the Makita combo pack I wanted so they made it up for me out out of seperate items. Never going to Bunnings again. Top job total tools

They have lost my husbands back order, from about 2 months ago. All they were were file handles.

Service was excellent, very helpful, the item I was after wasn't in stock, so rang another shop and had it shipped to be picked up Thursday

We have spent around 5K with total tools mainly in their showroom in the last 6 weeks. One of our new drills was run over after having it for a week. We took it back to them to see if it could be fixed or what not. We were not told that there would be a fee for looking at the drill.
We received the quote which was for approx 80% of a new drill. I told them it was not worth it and I would pick it up. They then told me they would send it back to the store.
Total Tools albion park then contacted me to let me know that my drill was back and I could pick it up, for a $35 fee.
I have no problem paying for someone to look at the drill and getting me a price to repair it. The drill was not touched in regards to the casing or anything so pretty much just looked at and quoted. Besides this however I was fully prepared to purchase a new drill with Total Tools as these things happen. When I questioned the $35 and mentioned the amount of money we have spent in store, I was told "you spoke to the owner so there's nothing I can do. "
Fair enough.
I will now proceed to go to another dealer and spend my money with them as it seems Total Tools does not want my business anymore, which they won't receive.

Couldn't recommend a company any higher. Always bought tools from here and never had issues with faulty products.

Always thought they were going to be more expensive than their competition.
Wrong! I got better prices and the staff was just great!
Will recommend to my friends.

Good staff.its nice to go into a store.where people are enthusiastic about what they do and the knowledge about what they have. The trade nights I've been quietly to a few and.not intended to but brought stuff that helps me.and this is what its all about.
