Ordered a s-size polo t shirt for woolies.
Crikey, never imagined their shirts are that massive. I'm 5'7'', Normally I wear medium size tees, cant believe a small size tee overfitting.
Called them, they said they don't have any extraa small t shirts and want me to alter with any of my acquaintances.
Ridiculous service.
Total image group, you guys really need to improve your overall services. We pay for the products, we really want it as it is required. Not having the appropriate size is a utter shame. This is something we don't expect from you. Absolute waste of my money.

2 reasons people should never go there.

1. Hard to find a parking spot. They dont have their own parking spot for customers.
2. Lack of customer service. Didnt go there for fun. But the customer service we received was so awful. Lady on the reception 15 minutes on the phone and laughing with someone while i am waiting there to get served.

Not recommended.

Agree with mostly of those customer which customer service so rude and not reliable and not helpful either I wonder why and how big brands name use their service for their employee's uniform

I'm ordered on site after 10 days no receive any update or whatsoever and I did made a call to find out then being told out if stock and have to wait until Jan 2020 SERIOUSLY? Otherwise being ask to choose different style

They do an excellent job of providing design mock-ups & then updates as the items are in production. Quality of uniforms & printing/embroidery is excellent, and they have even gone as far as hand-delivering uniforms when the deadline was incredibly short.

TIG did a wonderful job of bringing our brand to life with t-shirts and shirts for our team, couldn't recommend their services enough.

Awesome range of clothing to choose from all the way through from our onsite workwear to our office and business wear. Both our guys on the ground and office employees love their new uniforms and provide us with an image we are proud of.
