I am in my mid sixties and have been seeing Sally Gole for Acupuncture and advice, since early this year, initially seeing her for a back injury. Sally is exceptionally skilled and caring. Her expertise and compassionate practice has made an enormous difference to my health and well being. I recommend her highly and have also found all the staff at Total health welcoming and kind.

After being in pain for 3 weeks with a bad back, Ross released the pressure after one visit with acupuncture and magic. Would totally recommend Total Health Brookvale.

She was patient as i described my mechanical issues, then explained my MRI report to me in detail. Using different techniques she released a lot of tension in my neck and lower back. I was very disappointed with the level of knowledge and massage I received. I found out that my therapist was not yet qualified (I was not made aware of this) and had no experience treating my ailment despite sharing a full history of my problem. I felt no benefit from the massage.

I had a Pregnancy Massage today with Eva and of the four pregnancy massages I've had elsewhere it was by far the best! There is a hole in the table so you can lay face down rather than on your side and it makes a world of difference as they can apply stronger and what feels like more pressure. I walked out of there on a cloud and will be returning.

I made an appointment with Cameron after waking up 4 days in a row with a migraine. I was so grateful that he saw me on short notice, and after one session of massage and manipulation I felt great. I would definitely recommend his chiro services.

I have been a boxer and coach for over 30 years and run my own small business and have seen many professionals over my time. I have Chronic neck and body pain due to a life of intense sport. I came in to see Ross and see what he could do with it. Ross spent a considerable amount of time finding out and exploring the issues and not assuming anything before treating me which I really appreciated and is what most people don't do. He treated me and from the first treatment I had a dramatic drop in the pain in my body.
