I went to this clinic many years ago now - when it was called Heber Davis.
I saw Dr Deborah Davis. Besides the fact that she was extremely dismissive and rushed through my appointment, in a nutshell, she failed to do her job correctly and I have spent years believing there was nothing that could really be done to improve my skin.

I am only now writing this review as I have realised had she done her job correctly, many of my acne scars would have been treated as "early acne scars" which are much easier to treat. As opposed to, my old acne scars, which are so much more difficult to treat now. There are several treatments that can be offered for early acne scars, even if some acne is still present (and acne can also be treated in the process). I am dumbfounded as to how she is meant to be an expert in this area, and did not provide any of these options to me.

I went there to seek advice on treating my indented acne scars. She told me they were too mild to treat (which after recently seeing another cosmetic surgeon - they are definitely not). All she did was prescribe me a cream to help with a couple of breakouts and sent me on my way.

It was a costly waste of my time and money. Not to mention, the years I have lived with these indented scars. I have now seen a one of Australia's leading dermatologist who was able to provide me with an appropriate plan. The quality of the Doctor makes all the difference!

I do love this place and have been having my face injections with Pania for 10 years now. If I could give her 5 stars on her own, i would. She is the perfect specialist there and always does a perfect job. Thank you Pania!
Reason for the reduction in stars is only because of the new owners decisions.decisions made without a care for their clients or their staff.
I love the results from my treatments but that may all change now simply because they are no longer going to be stocking Ultraceuticals products.
Staff were never advised beforehand and the new owners didnt respect their clients enough to warn them
These products are a major part of why we get the results we do and some of the range cant be used without recomendation from a specialist.so this now means we might even have to fund a new clinic thats stock these products. After 10 years as a client and after spending over $40,000 there over time, the new owners have let all of us down.

Poor front desk. Messed up appointments, dates, times. Went to an info night and one of the doctors was rude. She gave misleading info about Coolsculpting saying results were completely permanent. As soon as you put on some kilos it will reverse. I told her it reversed on 5 kilos and she exclaimed "That's s a lot! Thats a stone! " Its not a lot, who talks in stone and she was really overweight. Moved on.

Outstanding! Initially went to Heber Davis for pigmentation, and the Dr also lasered the capillaries around my nose. I had previously paid a fortune elsewhere for 3 treatments to get rid of them, no result and on the first time at Heber Davis they went completely. Not to mention, the wonderful Receptionist, Dan who is a total delight and went above and beyond to get me an appointment on a booked out day. Now a client for life.

Absolute worst place. Expect to be treated as a number in a machine. Someone will take pictures of your issue and the reception will call for you to get your script. All of this, without seeing the doctor. This is a joke.

I love heber davis clinic.dr davis is amazing she is an expert at sclerotherapy.she will do a thorough job no mucking around no coming back for numerous visits at huge prices she just get on with the job with brillliant results.dont put up w ugly spider veins, winter is the time to get the job done.as you will have to wear the support stockings.but they are black so they just look like tights:)

My experience with Heber Davis Skin Clinic was absolutely amazing. Loved the friendly people who are working there! The quality information they have provided to me and answered every question I had. So when I went their for my first treatment I knew what to expect. And most important you can see the result! I would strongly recommend this clinic to everyone!

I tried Botox for the first time at Heber Davis. I was kind of nervous about what to expect. The staff were professional and open and I was instantly put at ease. I was very happy with the results.

I started visiting Heber Davis 12 months ago. I cannot reccomend this practice highly enough. From the first visit I knew I would become a long term client. The ultraceuticals skin care range has also given new life to my skin. The advice and care I have received at Heber Davis has been unmatched.

WORST CLINIC I HAVE BEEN TO FOR MY SKIN BY FAR! THE REGISTERED NURSE BY THE NAME OF “PANIA” FORCED ME TO GET A CHEMICAL PEEL CALLED THE MANDELLIC PEEL ON MY FACE WHICH HAS BURNT MY FACE AND HAS LEFT DARK 3CM SIZE MARKS ON BOTH SIDE OF MY MOUTH AND UNDER MY LIP. THIS CLINIC DID NOTHING TO FIX THE BURN THEY CAUSED ON MY FACE, OTHER THAN REFUND THE $130 FOR THE USELESS AND POINTLESS TREATMENT I WAS FORCED TO GET. I HAD AMAZING CLEAR SKIN/ FACE BEFORE AND NOW MY FACE HAS BEEN PIGMENTED BADLY WITH THE BURN MARKS FROM THIS TERRIBLE CHEMICAL PEEL “MANDELLIC” PEEL THEY DID ON MY FACE! I WOULD STRIONGLY SUGGEST THAT NO ONE GOES HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR FACE AND GET BURNT/ PIGEMNTED SKIN! NOW MY FACE HAS THREE DARK SCARS AND I HAVE TO LAYER CONCEALER, FOUNDATION AND POWDER TO TRY HIDE IT (EVEN THEN YOU CAN STILL SEE THE BURN MARKS). THIS CLINIC IS VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL AND NOT HELPFUL ONE BIT. ALL THEY DO IS OFFER YOU A REFUND AND DUST THE PROBLEM OFF THEM.

The staff at Heber Davis are a friendly helpful team and have been an amazing help with my skin. Professional with a wealth of knowledge on skin and so much more. I trust them with all of my treatments, I highly recommend them for all of your skin concerns!

I recentaly had lip filler by Dr. Deborah Davis at first I was exceptionally apprehensive about the strategy however Dr. Davis alongside his staff made me feel exceptionally good. It was an extremely wonderful ordeal and I cherish the result I've honey bee exceptionally despondent with the way my lips searched for some time lastly chose to make a move which I am extremely glad I did! I feel significantly more sure now:) because of Dr. Davis

I have had Melasma for over 10years. I have seen so many doctors throughout the years and had many so called working treatments. None of these treatments worked. Some of the treatments made my pigmentation increase. I gave up for the last three years trying any treatments and even seeing dermatologists. I wouldn't leave the house without double wear make up.
I have been seeing Dr Porter for botox and filler injections and love her work in the last few years. She introduced me to a therapist (Lauren Dunn) who started a new laser treatment for Melasma. It's called the Spectra Laser. I have been doing this laser for just over two months along with a skin regime by Ultraceuticals. "It is a true MIRACLE". MY SKIN HAS NEVER LOOKED SO GOOD:)
I can actually walk out of the house without make up. My friends and family cant believe the results.
I highly recommend this treatment for anyone who has pigmentation or melasma. I am continuing the treatment. I never thought I could trust any treatment, Doctor or Therapist after what I went though the first 5 years of my melasma.
